Jason from Bloom said this really works, but he did say it can't be 35 or 37 hours, has to be exactly 36.
Hey NB, you can do the dark period thing, I used to (don't anymore), but if your plants are preflowering good then I def wouldn't worry about it. Most people say that the dark period actually lengthens the flowering process because for XX amount of hours the plants are just static doing nothing.
Like I say, if they haven't preflowered good yet then maybe try like 24 hrs of dark or something, but if you've got lots of preflowers then I'd just flip the lights bro. I've done both ways many times and honestly I've never seen a difference between the two.
