hi all,i bought some seeds from cannabisseeds.com,i now know what a bad reputaion they have and will never buy seeds from there again.i have had 3 ww pants on 12/12 for 10 weeks now,i don't even know if they are ww just what the seedbank says, they are sativas so i know they will take a lot longer than indicas.there are white pistols everywhere on all the plants do you think i should sit it out and see what happens,or cut my losses now and get rid of them, and start a fresh, after being on 12/12 for 10 weeks i don't want too just cut them down, but theres no point in letting them go for nothing at the end,i have put 2 pics of an indica that has been on 12/12 allso for the 10 weeks,i will be harvesting that plant next week.please give me your thoughts, thanks.

my sativas took me over 16 weeks! if they mixed up the seeds and it is a sativa let her wait. it's not that much or a wast of time if you have plants that will be ready in a week so let them cook longer. and like you said don't buy from where you dont trust. but i do have to say for 10 weeks that doesn't look as good as my sativa did at that point. but i would let it be and start some new one in the time being. good luck dude

alos the other plants look shorter more compacted that might help! keeping them shorter more surface light to the buds. i hope this helps i'm no expert but i do smoke some killer homegrown.

yeh thats a fucked up situation man, they look nothing like a WW at 10wks..
i dunno, cut it, dry it and distribute as the schnickle fritz for cheap...
see in actual fact no-one else has the original WW except for Mr Nice seedbank, breeder Shantibaba has the original parents, the original genetics which he now sells as Black Widow to differentiate from GHS or anyone elses rip-offs..

I dunno man, i know the feeling of growing a dud strain, u can feel every $ of lights/elec/water/nutes/work u putting in wondering if the return will even be there:twisted:

do you think there is anything i could add to the plants, that mite push them into budding, rather than just white pistols all over the plant or will they just grow into buds naturally?

should have been supercropping as you saw that it was stretching way more than the Indicas. WW is part Sativa but not predominantly so it may not be as most that claim to have WW are not true WW. The original WW is from the original breeder and is actually called Black Widow but thats another story. They do look like Sativa and will probably be some killer smoke, take a closer look and make sure they arent hermie. It doesn't look like it but the pics are from one angle so not sure but definitely looks Sativa and I would start bending them over gently so they dont touch the light. I dont think it would be good to super crop this late and the stems are probably too stiff anyway but you should be able to bend over and tie down to allow space to complete. You can get some bushmasters but to me it just looks sativa and is right on par if thats the case. WW I grow normally looks done at 7 weeks but still has new spurts of growth and takes almost 10 anything beyond that could also mean your lighting is very weak which will make the flower period take much longer as it takes much longer to mature in the first place. What lighting are you using? MR Nice actually has the original White Widow parents which he took after selling his half of green house seeds to arjan. Shantibaba's Black Widow is a true white widow.

600 watt hps and 2 4ft t5s cfls, what do you meen by super cropping? how far to i bend the plants down to tie them?

forgot to say thanks for input,do i just tie them down as far as i can.?
super crop is actually bending the stem until it snaps but does not break all the way off. I would not do this in flower as it may stress the plant too much but in veg I do this for my big buds, you can see this in the pic, the stem sometimes will actually tear in half and it looks scary but they will grow right back as you can see. I wouldnt do this in flower though just use some string and bend them over enough to stay under the lights good and slowly pull down more if needed to control the growth height, blurry pic of my LR2 that I just harvested
