one last thing

everytime you log onto a web page, or post on a web page, you embed into that page your ip address. using a whois database I can get your phone number, using a reverse directory I can get your name and address.

this happens everytime you brows or post.

also every communications means runs through the nsa and state dept.

so just to burst your bubble, i want to inform you that the gov. know's who you are, that you post on this board, they read every word you wrote and know you grow pot.

i have owned my own buiz, been an ic and and employee. it's not easy, but i always find a way.

i dont fill out any forms. any. at anytime.

the key to it is:

only atf has a mandatory filing requirement, atf= alcohol,tobacco and firearms.

if you are not engaged in the manufacture or distribution of those products, then you are not liable under CFR2701, thats what they got capone on.

but they misinterpet it and apply the requirement in CFR2701 to you and say it's under CFR 2601 internal revenue code.

if you go to court, they list the requirement under CFR2701, all you do is prove you are not engaged in ATF and you walk free,

income = wages is not mandatory, it's voluntary to file and pay, if you fill out a w4 or a 1099 you volunteered. and you better pay.

it's all by deception, it's fraud.

it's contract law, however all contracts in order to be valid must be disclosed up front, in writing and both parties agree.

this is not the case with the income tax, they scare you into thinking you owe it.

the books tell you to self asess yourself. it doesnt tell you , you dont have to if you dont want to.

americans are exempt from mandatory filing.


you need to learn everything and be able to quote it, then take your chances.

no not quite, in fact i'm on the fbi terrorist list for being ohio militia.
i'm a patriot and damn proud of it.

i'm just trying to show you how there is nothing secret on the net, i can find anything on anyone anytime i want.

all i have to do is send a link and say look at this, and you will and I got ya.

but the feds have access to these pages, and the phones, and everything else.

check out those fancy adds on web pages, the high color ones.
do a right click and go to settings and look whats there

it asks you if you want to turn off your cam and mic so they cant see and hear you.

turn it off...they are spying on you all the time.

with a simple softare switch they can turn your speaker into a mic and your moniter into a cam and see and hear you.

big brother is everywhere.

you are not safe hiding behind your puter, trust me, they know who you are and where you go.

screw them, be a man, fear nothing, they cant get us all.

Here's a question for you simpleman ...

I understand how a self employed person can avoid 1099s, but how can an employee do it? The first thing an employer does with new hires is have them fill out the tax form. If one doesn't want to fill it out, he/she won't be hired. Now, I understand that there is no law requiring the employer to have the employee fill out the form, and I understand that the IRS operates on fear, but how do you help your employer overcome his/her fear so that you don't have to sign the form? Sign the form and you get a W-2 with a copy to the IRS, right?

I am a firm believer that the U.S. Goverment will become the "New world order " feared by most people. They for too long have takin steps to remove our freedoms from us and force their will down our throats. They use the"media" to control they way we think, feel and to shape our views to match theirs by giving us half truths and purposely getting us to focus or attention else where. i dont give a fuck if paris hilton is a slut and has to go too jail, dont make a difference to me one bit what celebrity got arrested or is going to rehab. the media follows celebrities around like they are royalty and try to get the people of this country to focus our attention on them instead of people that matter. instead of following Brittany Spears around every where she goes , how about following senators and congressmen. I would much rather know what the people who are effecting my everyday life are doing instead of some spoiled bitches whos last taste of real life was when the doctor slapped em on the ass to welcome to this world. Now in regards to the U.S. economy whats their to talk about. its a based off faith, faith that its actually worth something. there is really nothing left in this country to support the worth of our dollar , thats why the value of it drops more and more everyday. I beleave the only way to salvage this country from economic collapse is to drastically change our import export policies. We have become an import country. we send more and more jobs over sea's closing more factories and forcing us to import goods we should be making right here in this country. Big Business should not be allowed to send jobs over sea's and put americans out of work just to increase their profit margin. And finally, in regards to being able to find all my Comp info on the net, that is true you can find out allot about me on the net, but the one thing ya need to remember, is no matter what program you use, no matter what info you find out , the one thing you will never know is just how crazy this fucker sitting in front of the P.C. is. I'm super Charged T.N.T ... i'm a mushroom cloud laying mutha fucka just look'n to go off, please give me a reason. So to close i consult the magic 8-ball and ask the age old question " what does the future have in store for us ? " .......
