I didn't want to ... but is it done? (WW--127w)

My baby is exactly 9 weeks into flowering. I am aware that the general rule of thumb for white widow is about 8 weeks, sometimes 60 days, but I am looking for some advice. I am debating harvesting in exactly a week (so it will have not had water for exactly 2 weeks, prior to chop), or if I should wait it out until she ripens up a bit more (Water either tonight, or early tomorrow morning). Here are some pictures... Tell me what you think, and thank you in advance....

your leaves are all dead and you haven't watered in a week. whats the point keeping it up longer?

right on. Thanks for the insight =p. I'm willing to bet she was pretty severely root bound =[
that's a possibility. I looks like your growing in sand too. Sand isn't the easiest thing for roots to move through try using peat or buy a bag of some really good soil like fox farm happy frog, or roots organic. Of course use a larger container like a 3gal pot. Looks like you were in 1gal.

I was growing in ordinary nutrient free potting soil. I topped the pot with sand to prevent gnats. I was growing in a small pot and got frugal midway through my grow. This experiment was merely to get my feet in the ground and so I could learn from my mistakes! I used no nutrients throughout the entire duration of the grow (also as an experiment). Every other week she was watered with sugar water (I couldn't get molasses at any supermarket around me ... never were in stock) ... Hopefully she smokes nice and smoooth!

Hmmm, lemme know how much it weighs I am just curious because I am debating not using any nutes and I wanna see its effect on others.

yeah I would have to say that is a decent result with no nutes. you should do more than fine with some more money invested in the correct areas. always good to know you can do it before you spend all that cash.

Thanks for the positive responses guys. I was a little skeptical to do a journal due to criticism. I am in the process of piecing together DWC buckets and saving for all the bells and whistles for dealing with hydro (PH & PPM meters, lots of nutes, hydroton, etc.) I will keep this thread updated after the 48 hours of darkness when I cut, dry, and cure. I will be sure to weigh out both wet and dry weights. Thanks again.
