growing in 5 gallon buckets

i want to have like 20 plants but

do not want to buy 20 buckets lol


is it ok to have more than 1 plant per bucket?

if so than what is the max number of seeds i can safely put in a 5 gallon bucket???

Yes you can if your going to have a very small veg cycle and if they are all female.
If you have any males plants in there you would need to pull them right away and get rid of the roots because they will just rot and ruin your soil

what does small veg cycle mean?

and how would I know if they are males before the sacs come?

Get smaller buckets, instead, they're cheaper anyway. 3 gallon pots are plenty big enough for just about any plant you could grow indoors, unless you start getting into some real monster plants. Mine get around 4' sometimes, and 3 gallon pots are perfect.(I recently switched from 5 gallon pots) They're like $2.50 each, including saucers.

Also, if you want all females you'll either have to get feminized seeds, or female clones. :)
