Plus it kinda raises a point that irks me: when people act as though because they repped you, you now OWE them rep. It's not the 'mutual jerk session' button, gnomesayin?
I mean, 'rep for rep' only REALLY works with people who have as much rep as you to give in return. I've had newbs rep me and give me a point (or even better, a neutral box) and bitch that it's not cool of me not to get them back, talkin about rep for rep.
I rep you and you get a whole new rep box, you rep me and I get a single point....it's like getting fucked up the ass without the courtesy of a reach around

Secondly, kill that condescending tone. YOU'RE the one whining about not getting enough rep, not me. Actually going so far as to tell everyone that you're going to STOP giving rep because you feel you're not getting the rep you think you deserve. A) No offense, but I doubt your rep is worth enough for people to really give a shit if you stop giving it out or not. B) If you give rep where it's deserved...why is that rep any LESS deserved because YOU'RE not getting your 'deserved rep'?
