But in response to your question, a friend of mine has picked up a theory that says you don't really need to flush, as you can get rid of the clorophyl, etc. by giving your buds a proper 2 week cure after you dry those bitches. If the trichs are looking up to your satisfaction, I'd say chop.

Since you are almost all cloudy, I would wait until you get a lil more amber in there. That way you'll know you got the most bulk you could outta them. I usually go with about 25% amber, or at least try to. In the end it's all your decision.

Sometimes it's better to just look at your plants as a whole. Do they look like they are done? Does it seem like they don't have anything left to offer? These are the questions I ask myself before I chop'em down. Take care and happy harvesting..

Grow low! wat up man. this is weird to type bcuz im on a Wii. laptop is with someone right now, but wen i said supplementing, its using a light nutrient at the end of it life (last week or 2) instead of reg nutrients like Tiger Bloom or some kinda flowering nutrient, u would use a supplemental nutrient such as black-strap molasis or I use Humboldt nutes Honey (ES & hydro) they werk WONDERS on your end flavor and aroma. i use the shit religously LoL.


jorge probably meant to say 50 cloudy 50 amber. it depens on wat kinda high ur looking for bcuz if u chop at 30 cloudy and 70 amber u will get a more of a couchlock (stuck to the couch feeeling) high, but if u go 70 cloudy and 30 amber then u will get more of a cerebral hig more like a sativa type deal.​

Well the little babys came dwn last night and am pleased to say looks like we got quite a haul...The deeper i got into my little forest the more dense it became,, and my triple crown bud looks fannyastic,, i plan on leaving them for 5 to 7 days then begin the curing process but im just not sure iv got enough jars....kiss-assHappy daze.
Also the trim of these were unbelievable,, so im purchasing a silk screen and am going to make my own hash,, really looking forward to that. Any of you fellas do this??? or do you use the bubble bags??? anyway il post sum pics and once again thanks for cuming along the ride with me...

I would definitely buy yourself some bubble bags and make hash that way. You got alot of trim there and the bags will make it a not so drawn out process. I would look on ebay. My buddy just got a 5 gal bucket bag set off of there for around 50 bucks.

Still its not to late to order the kit

Nah mate I haven't this is my first grow and i'm growing a magical mystery bag of feminized seeds from the dam so I have no idea what strain I have or anything about the strain for that matter.

I've really liked the idea of these wee guys and the reason I didn't go for them originally was that I didn't think you would get much harvest from them but you have surely proved that wrong.

You seem to be using the same setup as me, I have a 15ltr NFT system and i'm using a 400 Watt HID bulb. The main difference is i'm using my cupboard which is a bad idea but i'm really limited for space at the moment.

Your NFT system has got lots of holes for plants in it but mine only had three so next time around when i get my tent I will be changing the top of the NFT so that I can grow more plants in it, or I may just buy a bigger NFT tray we shall see how big a tent i get.

What did you think about the utilisation of the head room? you don't seem to have used much compared to the size of your tent. Do you think you would get much more of a harvest if you went for a not so small strain and grow them almost to the top of the tent? or wouldn't enough light be able to get to the bottom branches and it would be a waste of space?

Anyways great job mate, cant wait to see what you do next.

I would add a 250w HPS instead of a 250w CFL
They will put out around the same amount of heat only the HPS much more lumens...
250w CFL- around 18-20,000 lumens
250w HPS- around 28- 30,000 lumens
You would use the same amount of electricity as the 250w CFL but just have 10,000 more lumens

Hah shit, I'm gonna be askin you questions soon enough. I'm gonna have a hydro grow sometime in the future..

As far as the bubble bags go I think it's a great investment. You can get all different grades of hash and it will be the easiest way to process all that trim. I would let it all dry a few weeks so its crumbly and then go at it. I was going to link you up to some bags on ebay but you are in Europe right?! You'll have to check out what you can get shipped to you.. Alot of companies make quality ones now too, so dont think you have to spend the 200 to get the original bubble brand. I would think you could get a good set for around 100 or so. Let me know if you need anything else. Take care man, have fun!
