Ok, so I don't want to use any chemicals against bugs and stuff, i am afraid mites will soon infect my plant, are there any ways to keep the bugs away, i heard of hot chili pepper juice around the plant helps, but what eats buds worms and bigger things. i know ladybugs might help.

There are quite a few things you can do to keep pests out. Is this an outdoor plant? If it is planting garlic next to the plant should help with flying insects. Also there are plenty of bugs you can use to kill off things. If its spider mites, there are nematodes that form a parasitic bond with the spidermites and kill it internally. Thats the extense of my knowledge of outdoor. If its an indoor plant stop worrying and keep temp, humidity at standard levels. If you do that you will not have problems.

IT fights against mites far as i know. What I heard its small parasites that destroy them.
neem oil is an oil derived from a nut, it's got quite a strong odour to it, it works by coating the bug completely and suffocating it.

its effective against spider mites but less effective against other bugs,

pyrethrum is effective against a multitude of pests, you can buy it at a local garden centre,
