I tend not to watch FDD's vid's.....I have visited a trailer park once though..... it was very weird... I left as soon as I could after staying the requisite half hour doing the chit chat and dropping off a gift.

i'm trying to save the rest of you...to at least teach you something about how politics and economics actually work.

Those that pay attention will more than likely improve themselves...other will not. That's life.

But I guarantee if you do the opposite of my advice...you will never have a successful life, unless you win the lottery. Even then...without sage advice on $$$...someone will simply part you from it. The only thing harder than being wealthy...is staying wealthy. Sounds crazy to you? maybe..but if you ever get to my level...you will think back on me and smile...and know what I said was true.

Follow my advice and you have the best CHANCE at success.

Retirement at 45 is impressive however success if subjective
