As a general rule, "If it ain't broke - don't fix it!".

All the foliage on a plant either contributes (in one way, or another) ,or dies away. You shouldn't trim anything away unless it's:
1. Deseased.
2. Dead or dying.
3. Broken (beyond repair).
4. Physically in the way of whatever you're trying to do (but can't be re-directed).

If you really want to know the answer, try trimming the buds off of a couple, then leave the rest of them alone. Then when they finish, you'll be able to compare for yourself and see if it made any difference. :)

I don't think there will be any noticeable difference, unless you cut too much off and stunt them.

How far along in flower are you?

I trim off what doesnt reach the screen.
thats what i thought the buds are small but growing fast on top and under there are small branches with tiny buds on them but if they dont reach the screen i cant see them amounting to much thanks alot dude!

No problem, ya i did a couple test just for my curiousity and the lil branches arent worth a shit when the tops are done.

But i wouldnt do any heavy cutting on my plant late in flower. Only removing dead leaves.
