Man that gree house looks good. Top notch work. Sorry it took so long to get my vote in, Im usually on here every day, but I spent the last 4 days in the hospital getting my galbladder removed. KKeep it up Cruze, that is gona be one hell of a sweet green house. I am truely jelous.

Looks great, cruz! Really nice corner fit. I've heard about the smart pots, but haven't seen anyone grow the ganja in them. I see at the bottom it says "great for aquatic plants". You don't think it'll stay too wet? You gonna try a side by side or just go with 'em?

No I am gonna use all spartpots. I have this old rack I took apart and Im gonna have them suspended about 3 inches off the ground. Im thinking then the bottom will work like the sides.

EDIT: On second thought there is two Blue Dreams and we could do a side by side with those.
OK I will put one in a regular pot and be able to compare them. Good idea.

Awesome work!! The smart pots will probably do just fine, you just might have to water a bit more. More air= more evap. Are you doing an automated drip feed in there?

BTW, I would say integra's choice is a good one The godbud is really bomb.

Oh yea, Gotta have it.
The next project is the electrical. Then Im thinking I will build a small water shed next to the door. I want to run an r/o in there to a storage tank then through another float valve into a res. I gotta think of a way to keep it cool though.

can i vote for Romulan? I haven't seen that stuff around in like 8 years

Iknow, now i know, you just couldnt stand seeing my barn, growing buds as long as my arm, getting high all year long, on my very first grow that you helped me along, but now the cruzer is going to grow some snoozer. im just glad to be your friend cruzer. lol i got stoned on and that shit came out lol.

man cruz u are nuthin short of thorough and legit. i have never seen anything this sick in the greenhouse world. i know i havent seen much but def props for all the design and hardwork put into this i can only imagine. great concepts will make this work great im sure; wall mounted AC, sliding bathroom style window, solid structure. im jealous man i wanna do outdoor again and if i were to ever i would def use this for a starting place to create my own. security is the best benefit i see with this structure. that was my issue as u know about gettin clipped. plus pests are always an issue outdoors weven tho nature usually keeps them in check but having everything sealed off eliminates the flying bug problems that lay eggs for catapillars etc. just throw in sum lady bugs and praying mantis and let them go to work if theres anything to even worrry about pest wise. the benefit of predator bugs in a greenhouse is they stay contained. but anyways im rambling lol great shit!


edit; side note with the entrance door... not sure if ud have room but maybe reverse it to open outwards for more room? i was gonna do that with my indoor room since the hydro table is in the way but its enough to squeeze by. just a thought.

Yea, I thought about the door swing, I am going to install a screen door and I figure as long as I keep it clear its better then having the door in the direct sun all day. at least there is some uv protection on the clear panels.
Besides Im building off the greenhouse to the right of the door.

Cool, you have used them, I got a question for ya, I got these racks I want to put them on and keep them about 3 or 4 inches off the bricks. I'm thinking I could water the bricks on real hot days to keep the plant cool.

Do you think that would be better than setting them on the brick?
I mean right on the brick would keep the brick a little cooler wouldnt it?

hey cruzer. setting them on the bricks would probably keep them cooler, don't know how long and how much cooler though. I had mine sitting right on the ground. either way I'm sure you'll be happy with them. and I like the idea about using one smart pot and a regular pot/growbag for the 2 same strains. good idea

I got him this collar cuz he looks mean but is he's total opposite, even other dogs don't come up to him *cries in a corner*, but he's sooo kind and full of love, he'd only hurt other male dogs sniffing his behind...actually he wouldn't be good in you back yard, he's best friends w everybody.

If I ever move to a warmer climate this will be the thread to go back to for support when buildng my future green house! Thread of the year so far!

Have you grown out Chronic before, cruzer? I'm trying to find someone who's grown it. I know you don't top that strain, but what about LST?

Sorry, no I havent grown it.
But like the Afghan Im growing that doesn't respond well to topping LST can be used very effectively. look at the stretch you think your gonna get and bend the top cola away from the light about half that distance. Naturally it will turn and grow back towards the light but you have done two things. One shortened the main cola by a few inches and two got more light to the lower buds.

You seen the pics in my cabinet grow, I just did the girls.
