lol ok cool so umm.... what stage would ne1 think its at now and how many stages em i gonna have to go threw? lol sorry 4the 50?????? and as 4the lights i mean im workin with Walmart, Ace, Home Depot around here i aint got bank to go be spendin on some top quality lights as much as i would love to though =) i mean i can get different ones if ne1 has ne suggestions the ones i picked up yesterday were the cooler flouresents 40wats....ill go get something different if i have 2 or maybe thoes will just do.... yea im going to go pick up a lil fan to put n the room so air moves around also ummm,,, i been givin this plant like 24 hours of light is that fine??? if ne1 needs to c ne more better pics of it or what not just let me know ill put some up..just these past 4weeks the plant has gottin so much bigger its prolly going on 2nhalf months since i started this lil project.. i didnt think it would work lol buttt hey shit looks cool as hell what can i say,, i just cant wait 4it to do more

move the light closer..it looks abit stretched..it takes time for things to happen.. patients is the key.. i hate waiting for my girls to get done flowering.. two more weeks..

hey homie im new at these to but ive grown in soil before i got a decent ield so i decided to go with dwc system its wapp of cash though...but with ur q well it does look strechd evryone told me that when use cfls or floros they have to be away from the plant atleast 2 - 3 inches hope this helps and they al ways tell me not buy mg soil heres my pics tell me wat u thinkmove the light closer..it looks abit stretched..it takes time for things to happen.. Patients is the key.. I hate waiting for my girls to get done flowering.. Two more weeks..

Looks as if you have the wrong light. You need 6500k MH or CFl your pic looks as if its a 2700k hps or CFl. Just observing the pic though maybe its the camera.

Ok as for calilove's question you need better lights those 40w's will do fine for another week or so but you need more lumens once the canopy develops and blocks light from the undergrowth. Also your plant as it sits will be just a spindly thing and prolly wont get much off it so bring the light closer and get better bulbs Home Depot has 6500k 65W (300W) output for less than 20 bucks that will be enough for 2x2 area easily and plus keep those 40w because you can use them later for side light.

Is your light a 40W output or is that what it draws. You know like a 27W CFL actually is like a 100W output.

dam homie thanx for the tip rookie mistake lol well i got a 4500k since im just growing one plant hey waht is the ideal ph in the system i got right now its at 6.8 i think its too high

That is high maybe bring it down to 5.7-6.2 has always been safe for me. 4500k is almost full spectrum and it is really like driving up a hill in neutral (really doesnt work to good)
You need a 6500K or as close to that as possible for optimal lighting and then switch to 2700-3000K for flowering.
