Miracle Gro Plant Food

hey guys. i will be growing in the great outdoors this year. i was wondering if i could use this All-Purpose Plant Food laying here for my plants in veg. It reads on the back:

Miracle Gro Liquid All Purpose Plant Food - 12-4-8

Total nitrogen -12%
12% Urea Nitrogen
Available phosphate -4%
Soluble potash - 8%
Iron - 0.10%
0.10% Chelated Iron
Manganese 0.05%
0.05% Cheleated Maganese
Zinc - 0.05%
0.05% Chleated zinc

ya man i use miracle grow and grow huge healthy palnts, and you can to my good sir, just switch to bloom miracle grow when you start to see white hairs. hope this helps.
