Hey guys,

I've never seen this around the forum. I was going to make a DIY Odor elimination system, but this turned out to be cheaper ($13.95 at walmart). I have a 2'x3'x5' tent going and I'm going to see how this turns out.

Afghan Kush, 2 plants. The odor literally disappeared in 20 minutes and so far,, NO SMELL. It was a risk, but I think I made a decent purchase here! I encourage all closet/cabinet growers to give this one a try if you're looking for odor control solutions! My grow tent is 3'x2'x5' (30cubic feet for those of you who can't do math lol), and I have a 80cfm fan pulling air out and another 80cfm fan pulling air in. I'm going to modify this soon tho, to have passive intake and two 80cfm's pulling air out!

ah i have 8 plants, all part skunk #1 id prob. need like 3 of those...
I mean it's just $13.95.. A small investment for a greater sense of security.. Get one and see how it is, then get more if you need to!

got any pics of how you set this up with the fans ??

and cool idea bro

You don't set it up with any fan! I think that's the beauty of it. I simply plugged it into the power strip I use for the ballasts and fans which is a foot from my tent. They recommend that you place the device 6ft from your odor source.

There's an actual carbon filter on it. Refer to the third picture of the first post on this thread.

The thing is, you would have to change the activated carbon for the DIY scrubbers as well.. Why not just get a nice commercial product?

It's working really well.. too well... There's a meter that tells you when to change the filter, and I have it on 24/7. It should last about a month or month and half.

0 smell!
