Watch out using peroxide, if you are using any kind of organic nute. It will kill the bennifical bacteria. I was using it at first, thinking it would help kill mold, it killed my plants instead. I only use peroxide when using plan water, like when cloning. Just a tip i picked up. Hope it helps.

I went through the same thing DF,

Thank God it was only one.

Keep the peroxide AWAY from organic nutes!!! or else R.I.P.

Scared the shit outta me!! OH FUCK!

Since I took care of that issue, everything is in tip top shape.

I do believe you made the right choice.

thanks cg for the links. check it out NeL, super simple man. the biggest problem i forsee is me putting more shit in cuz i can't leave well enough alone lol. i'm giving it an honest effort to stick to it tho.

I'll look into it but I'm going with StinkBud's recipe for the first round. It does seem so simple, just when I thought ut couldn't get any simpler.

no doubt NeL, you're really gonna love how easy it is. are you going to put your pumps on timers?

when load up my other unit i'll do it stinkbud style for a side by side comparison. how bout that?

simplicity! less is more, and i'm really starting to believe it more and more. thanks for showin it to me cg, i hope it makes life easier.
Well Lucas is right,

Its about proper lighting, environment, and plant health that brings on the big yields..

Not "snake oil"..

I dont want 5 different things swirling around in my buckets..

I like the "clean" approach and simplicity.

And since I gave up the "shit stew",
My roots are now as white as possible.

Have considered running a little peroxide to keep em pearly white.

But, probably wont.

And my plants have a whole new look to them.

I think its great!

I feel good about the whole thing, and Im following directions.

No more cranking up the nutes to 3200 ppm, or dumping in ST, or adding shit to my buckets.. Just keeping it simple.

My very "best plants" ever, were grown from the KISS method(chemically). ;-)

Bottom line> Dont buy "shit" for nutes. And dont throw everything under the sun in your rez..

Keep it Simple! And grow BIG!!!!!

Love it. Hey D I know you have an aero flo and a home made on too. Would you mind going into some detail on the construction of the hommade one, is it the StinkBud design, maybe modified slightly?

i modelled it after the one i bought from the hydro store. intead of sprayers mine uses laser lines. basically a 3/8 tube with small holes that spray across and splash the other side. very dependable. mine has 3 rows, 10 per row. 3 inch net pots wiht neo discs. the one i built i used the smaller fenceposts. it works but i should not have skimped. other than that i used 3/4 inch plumbing 900gph pump and my res is 28 gallons or so. basically identical. stink is getting a pound per unit but i get 2.
