Need some quick help please

I planted my germinated seeds exactly 24 hours ago.

I read that the soil only needed to be damp so thats all I did.

They have been planted and under CFL's the whole time.

The soil realllllly dried out over night.

Can I water them? Are they ruined? The didn't pop out over night, should they have?

Also, should I keep baggies or plastic over them until they sprout?

takes 2 to 10 days for em to pop depending on conditions

don't need light till they pop it could be drying out your soil so move em higher up

simply mist the top of your soil to dampen it

only need humidity dome if humidity is low

OK so I re dampened the top and covered them with some tight baggies.

The lights are about 3-4 inches off them, should I move them/turn them off?

I would move em to 6 to 8 inches if they are cfl's if hid should be 3 feet

also temps should be around 78 to 82
