some strains might? but most would most likely just be confused

best to stick with 12/12
well its just im buying a plant from someone who grew it with vastly insufficient light

id guess about 12 watt cfl roughly three feet from the canopy they have been flowering it for about 4 weeks and the only thing i see is preflowers. i was thinking of blasting it with at least 150W of cfl and having it on a 14/10 light cycle in order to increase the overal outcome of yeild and quality

should i just reveg??? or would the stress kill it??

reveg would take 3 to 4 weeks so no point

just hit it with 12/12 and let it get healthy

ok kind of a random question but i found an outdoor light timer that wil work with up to 1kw and the settings are 2 4 6 and 8 hours. none of those seem really applicable to weed growing but theres 1 setting called dusk-dawn. what tends to be the time length of the dusk-dawn setting?? lol im high :D

Dusk, dawn settings are usually run by a photo-eye that detects small amounts of light...If you're high enough, you could flick on a lighter next to the timer and hold it for 12 Hrs:hump:Not recommended:lol:

I have seen people flower with longer cycles of light, but the plants take F-O-R-E-V-E-R to finish...

It can take a full two weeks of a 12/12 light cycle for some strains to fully release their flowering hormones. I have never seen a plant begin flower and then remain in flower with more than 12 hours of light/less than 12 hours of darkness per day. Never.

all in due time

if i go through with everything and get the setup working ill post a link to the grow journal
Have you just sort of ended up with a plant then and still debating whether or no to finish it off? Due time? We're a bunch of stoners, we're all going to forget/get distracted by then haha :P

It will flower under a 14hr light cycle, but the cross over to flower "mode" will take much longer...Like 4-5 months to ripen...No bueno...
