I'de guess they are actual very highly rated...by the amount of plays they get on the radio? I'm not a fan, don't want to look up the ratings just guessin.
Unless you meant underrated in their talents or something but that would probably correlate to the rating

They aren't underrated as much as overrated. IDT any band who gets constant radio play could be considered underrated.
