1000 watt needs a much larger fan to ventilate that amount of heat, which means bigger ducting, bigger grow area, noisier and more expensive. Sometimes bigger isn't always better.400,600,1000 they will all be hot and you will have to vent the heat from the room the same way, so in my mind no real difference.
I guess you didn't look at my grow link above. What ventilation fans? You mean the 8" fan on the floor and the door open to the room?1000 watt needs a much larger fan to ventilate that amount of heat, which means bigger ducting, bigger grow area, noisier and more expensive. Sometimes bigger isn't always better.
nope when take 18 plants on a 1000 watt. means 67 gram for 1 plant on a 1,2x1,2 size.Yeah but he wants 12 oz min so 18 plants will give him well over the odds and with a 1000watter he should hit his target no prob. To be honest with 18 girls you should be able to get 24 oz lol
Now he needs 3 600w lights to do the job? Damn that sucks for you man.
I hope you can manage with only 3 of them.
How about more?
Too funny.
Those guys were right that a 400 could do it, given skill and time. A 600 could do it given a little skill and less time, a 1k without really thinking, but anything over that is a bit silly. There are more ways to grow than zero veg sogs and this guy is in no real rush if he has to only pop out one crop a year. Even with a low producing strain in zero veg sog or whatever you propose with 3 600's that should yield 2-3lbs.
I think I'm a lot more up on advanced growing methods than you. 1lb from a 400w is documented already, a few different ways, you just scrog the thing and veg a long time is the easiest. The grow journal is on here in fact, just not sure where but it's kind of pointless because it takes twice as long so that might as well be 800w and etc etc you get the point.
You seem to only know one style of growing and not very well.
