If i grow a few plants in the woods by my house but not on my property alltho it will be pretty obvious the grow is mine because there are no other houses around and the plants get found could the police charge me? besides it being so close to my house and maybe a few footprints 20 feet away in some mud is that enuf to convict me? thanks

naw dude you`ll be good, as long as they don`t catch you at the crop or going to and from. just be careful, if they would even find it they would probilly watch the grow till someone goes back to it. but i wouldent worry about it.

I'd like to see cops trying to charge me with tracks.I'd laugh in their face.
It's not like it's a major crime like murder.And footprints doesn't always work in those court cases.
They basically have to catch you at the plant watering or feeding.
And even then,if you wanna put big money out for a lawyer,it's beatable.

Depends on the cops i guess.A buddy of mine got arrested for a patch cuz there was a fourwheeler path about 40 yards away.He got convicted too.Done 3 years.But you could always tie them down, or try to camo them out.Try to hide them a lil u know.Or just find a new spot.

you must have never been arrested if you think thats how it works buddy. laugh in the cops face and youll just be the idiot laughing while he gets arrested. it doesnt matter if your innocent or guilty at the moment either way your going to jail cop doessnt care its not his job to determine its th judges.
yes, but stick to your story. my buddy had something happen like this. if you dont have any previous charges involving weed your fine. The cops will take you back to the station if they find u with the crops. you play it stupid being nice stating that you have no idea why your being arrested, and that you went for a nature walk. they will say something like "sorry but we have to take you back to the station, etc, etc" just be nice and tell him if its absolutely mandatory you will cooperate.
then when your there you state the exact same story but with more detail...for example... "i was having a coffee this morning and blahblahblah so i decided to go for a walk. i started walking down these trails and came across this weird plant. the smell attracted my attention. blahblah" just stick to the same story...
they will continue to interrogate you like "stop lieing, we know you did this and that" and just remain calm and polite, state something like "I was just going for a walk, i have no idea why im even here, im sorry i cant help with this case at the moment, but i will keep an eye out for anybody going back there and ill inform you"
it will be a LOOOONG interoggation, but aslong as you stick to that sotry even if it takes 6hours, they have to let you out at the end of the day where im from, even if you refused a lie detector.
EDIT: make sure not to tend to the plants after that cause theyll be watching you like a hawk, and watching the spot...
just consider them a loss. id get rid of the footsteps though. its not enough for a conviction, i dont think ...but its better to play it safe, it aint good having fooprints leading from 100plants to ur house

you got to tell no one and cover your tracks dont let anyone see you walking and even if they do take your dog. say you were out for a walk i got a half rotty with pit bull trained no one even talks to me with my dog rofl sompthing about pits and rottys that people dont trust. I am more worryed about mountain lians, bears and other danguras animals then police. Just dont give in and stick with your story!!
