i recon it'll be bloody hard to mange to get all the roots into the soil without killing/damaging/stressing it buddy but it may be possible. i wouldnt try it myself i'd just run a basic dwc set up till its complete.

It can be done I do it all the time i trim the roots then I place it in a 2 gallon for a month then transplant to a 7 gallon. I have never had probelms and i have 3 and four foot plants budding out side been out since late February.

It is totally possible but it will stunt the growth off the plant for a couple weeks until the roots stop freaking out. They roots won't be use to the ph change.

well here is the story. I bought a ten pack of satori and a 5 pack of mixed sativas from greenhouse. i've been growing them all in an Eb Flo system for a few months now, using them for clones and what not but now I'd like to make some space and save some money on nutes and water feeding these things (i don't need as many clones as they are producing). So my plan was to move a few of the weaker ones outdoors for a hopeful hefty harvest..
Do you guys got any tips on how to go about this?
What do I actually got to do?
Thanks guys.

You dont say, but I am guessing by the ebb and flow, they might be in rockwool. Also, I am guessing you will be putting them into the ground. If so, all you need to do is prepare the hole, the bigger ther better. Amend the soil with a peat, perlite, potting soil and bloodmeal mix. Throw a small fish in the bottom of the hole if you can get one. Carefully take the plant out of the system and gently put it in the hole. If the roots are clumped really bad you can kind of separate them and spread them out. Be gentle, but hell its a fucking weed, it wants to grow. Cover, water and wait.
