Hey, thanks for the input, how high do you think I should raise it? It's about 16-17 inches above the plants now, which was moved up from before. The ones of yours that are the same age, is that of the Day 12 ones or our oldest one? Everything got a bit slowed down for awhile while we were waiting for the 4 younger plants to sort of catch up to the older one. They've only been under the light for a couple days and have just been catching sunlight up until then.kat your light seems way too close with hps its not always the heat you can feel when you put your hands buy the plants that causes the damage for sum reason they dry out even if its not that hot when the light is too close, i like the set up a wardrobe is exactly how im doing my indoor at the moment altho iv just got my hands on £2000+ worth of grow equip for next time so im lookin forward too settin it all up, if i remember right your seeds were germinated about the same time as mine but your plants seem a lot smaller than mine so i was wondering wot your feedin if anythin yet an how regular you water?
are thay in soil?
iv just put a pic of my plants on so you can see what i mean all the black potted plants are the same age as yours an the 5 yellow potts are a week younger
also "i" personally would trim off the burnt leaves but id ask a few others for there apinion first as im not that experienced
good luck
We fed them for the first time last night... unfortunately Daisy has died and Angel near enough, I don't think she'll pull out. Yuna and Yuffi are showing the same signs the last 2 did, with yellow/white starting at the tips of the older leaves, moving in and drying out. They are all in a soil mix of organic veg composte, perlite and vermiculite. I know we should have done some blood/bone meal, lime, etc mixed in, but we didn't. I just figured we could start on the biobizz earlier. We are going to upgrade our soil mix for the next re-pot. At the moment, we are probably watering every 3-5 days, but I felt like I needed to mist the soil most days as it was being dried out so much by the light (I'm sure much worse if it is way too close) I'm quite certain that the PH is a bit high as well, but I have to wait til my soil sample dries out to test it (I tried once, but didn't let it dry, so it didn't work well) Although I know PH is somewhat of an issue with organics. We have some BioCanna PHdown that should arrive today or tomorrow and I can properly test the soil today so we'll see what the crack is! I am a bit nervous to cut off the leaves that are dry, since the little ones only have 4 leaves with two new ones just starting in today! I know a lot of people say to leave them and let stuff fall off naturally, but I can't see the dried out ones changing, so I will def consider it. I really hope we can get our shit stabilized before we massacre the rest of our poor babies! I'll take some more updated pics tonight as well since they are looking quite different (all in the bad way cept Mary Jane lol)
