Supply a minor with booze then call the cops and tell them what you did.... Lets just see if you serve time.....

This has nothing to do with minors, legalization or legalities for minors..... If you supply a minor with any form of intoxicant YOU deserve what is coming to you....
Leave the mnors out of it whether or not you are supplying your kids and/or their friends with pot. If you are you deserve to do time.

If a minor jumps your fence and steals your crop, who did the crime? It most certainly is not the grower doing the crime if it is legal to grow. It is the SOB who jumped the fence (trespassed) and stole someones personal belongings (Theft) Cut And Dried! (No pun intended) If the growth of the plant is legal, someone stealing your crop from your grow area would be no different than stealing your TV, except if they are under the influence when they get caught (if they are minors) you can damn near be assured the offender will not be scoping out your property anytime soon....

This rebuttle to a legitimate response has no validity when you suggest allowing or supplying an intoxicant to a minor and suggesting a person within the rights of law will suffer consequences due to having someone steal and trespass on private property.

I don't give anything to minors. Just an example of how the streets will get. And no you don't get in near as much trouble contributing to minors with alcohol as you will with weed after this bill. I'm not supporting giving things to minors. Just examples. And what I said is true. Some kid jacks you and gets caught with the weed,YOU ARE LIABLE. Your opinoion of oh it's not my fault they took my shit won't stand up in court.

The streets and the dealings turned to shit a long time ago (insert Crack, Heroin, Meth etc......), if anything the streets will be less crowded because people will not have to deal with the darker sides of society to buy some weed.... When was the last time you had to buy from a seedy dealer? I would rather buy weed from 7-11 and pay tax then support some gun toting gangster who hangs out @ schools selling to kids or who breaks into houses/cars or whatever to support their sorry asses..... Wouldn't you?

Yet an ill-advised statement that ends in FAIL!

Lol. Your foolish. It is stated that even if it is stolen it is still contributing because they wouldn't have it if you hadn't grown it.So yes,it IS YOUR OPINION. And yes. It's there that they can give you 5 fuckin years for it. And it might be less of a problem gettin weed,but gettin home with it may be different.
Why vote yes? What are you really gaining? The loss of a possible $25 or $60 fine? I can tell you for sure that everyone under 21 is gonna be doin crazy shit to get it. Just hope it's not your home they go into. I live in the ghetto,and this place is gonna be poppin off for sure. Just remember there is not that much to gain here but more crime that they are claiming will slow down. Which they will create,WITH your vote if you vote yes. It will be exactly like the Crack you described before,more motherfuckers will die because of it.​

Well,people talk about it being easier and more friendly to get. I disagree. It ain't gonna be at the 7 11. It's gona be where it's at already,only watched more. As soon as a store gets to close to the wrong mom it will be chaoss. Mom's screaming they don't want it in their neighborhoods. So off the shops will go to the same street as the strip joint. There is only one good thing about this bill,and even it is twisted.

a nice grow can be done in a 5X5 area or smaller
and yeilds an oz every 2-3 weeks
16 plants (in the flowering chamber) each aiming for 1/4 oz flowering at differant time
harvesting 2-4 plants at a time, every week or every 2 weeks
4 plants constantly in veg going over to flower
then being replaced after being cut from plants thats been in flower for 2 weeks max all being
grown in 1gal(maybe 3) hempy buckit or maybe flood and drain
under (1kw hps flower/250w mh veg) both cool tubed
mylar wall covered air tight sealed co2 inriched grow box
find a strain that flowers in 8 -10 weeks with 16 plants if you master the system and strain you can harvest a 1/2 oz (2 plants) every week maybe more
if you think this out you'll have to give away weed

12/12 from seed grow
cut room in half
run a 400w light on both side
keep lights on 12/12 for both sides, but run lights on differant times(so your only running 400w for 24h)
this will also help eliminate power consumption pattern paranoia

I have said the exact same thing, at first I figured it would be. After much thought, I feel as though it will probably stay in a dispecary, open to the public. They will be run by the state or city and later the government, when nationally legal. The people will LOOSE all control over quality and quantity. I can guarantee you it will not improve on quality. Possibly even fueling a new black market for marijuana with illegal trades and crime that always follows a black market.

the bill just says you can grow however much you want as long as its in a 5x5 area
the restriction is on the carry amount
they dont want you walking around with pounds
you can buy up to an ounce from a store or you can get it from a friend
but if they pull you over you cant have more then an ounce per person over 21 in the car

i personly like this and see nothing wrong with it
i can work with this and around it
