the guy that was banned for life for issuing threats on this forum, you know, remember my Danger post? I looked for the post, I guess the mods removed it as it was probably scaring some members, but anyway this asshole threatened to get my info from the site and turn me in for growing. He said he could find my phone # from the info on this site and then with a reverse phone book, get my address from my phone #, and then he was coming after me. I don't know if he was a cop, a fed or just a blowhard asshole, but I got him banned for life. Word to the wise, be aware of any new members untill you scope them out for a while, I believe this guy was just a blowhard asshole, but you never know.

Definitely good advice on scoping out new members for a while, never know who the cops are.
I need to look into one of those IP blocker things. Right now, I ain't worried about it b/c I'm moving in two months.

There are golden opportunities out there right now for astute real estate investors. Don't go to the courthouse steps to try to buy forclosure properties. Contact the banks to see what they have in their REO departments. There's a good possibility that you can get the loan from the same bank that you buy the property from. Also, there's a good chance that you can break even on the rent, or maybe even have a small, positive cash flow, depending upon the price of the property and how much you put down. After tax write-offs, you'd be looking like the real champion that you truely are. Hey, and when you get enough equity built up in that rental property, sell it and do a 1031 tax free exchange into two or three more.

Anyways no commodity is safe in any economy. Even gold changes in price and it is the most stable investment ever. Weed is solid, but only in a "shady" way. Besides, you might shed years off your sentence as a rich man, but if you get caught up in big-time production you can't expect to get off scott-free.
