yeh, once i got home i check the tracking and it still said the same thing, so everyone whos waiting for seeds i would say from the day you order them it will take from 10-20 days to get to your house, even if the volcano decided to fuck the planes up again.

p.s. all the seeds look like keepers except the Moby Dick and Sweet Deep Grapefruit (they were freebies anyway), we'll try and crack them anyways and see what happens.

Well, I still have not recieved the order I placed on the 16th. It was Kings Kush, Super Lemon Haze, and Black Widow with the t-shirt option.

I did however yesterday recieve the Romulan Diesel I ordered on 4-26 with the wallet option!!!

I emailed Attitude last night and am waiting to see what they say. The USPS tracking says "We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece." So I would seem as though they have not even gotten to the US I think. Royal mail says "Your item, posted on 17/04/10 with reference xxxxxxxxxx has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery."

it just doesn't feel right. The smaller order I placed NINE DAYS after the first is already here.


What do you guys think has happened here?

Ok i hate slamming a company but if i dont recieve my beans today or a least get a response from racheal i'm going all out posting all my correspondance with them and showing their less than stellar customer service. My package has been in transit for 25 days i've talked to USPS they basically told me thay have misplaced it and that they have no record of it leaving UK but royal mail said it was passed off to USPS. Undoubtedly its the USPS's fault but they cant give me new seeds attitude can and the USPS didn't sell me guaranteed shipping attitude did. So im giving Racheal 6 hours to reply after that im in full on Fuck Attitude mode hope it doesnt come to that. P.S. I've been spending alot of cash with attitude in the last few months every thing else has been great germ rate, delivery, and packaging but this one order and the sour taste in my mouth due to their customer service is enough to make me boycott them no matter what kind of deals they have if it isn't made right Nirvana gonna get all my orders from here on out.​

Worst of all I sent the nicest e-mails to them and Racheal responded one time she said wait til day 21 and now she wont reply now that they actually have to hold to their guarantee. But it's ok ill be out $120 im taking my business elsewhere and im spreaing my story all over RIU and Grasscity forums to get them as much lost revenue as one person can. You ordered the same day I did, and your tracking results are the same as mine are.
But here is where you are completely out of line and twisted. Sorry D, but your bent for no reason and it is your own fault.

Attitudes guarantee, AS CLEARLY STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE, says that if you do not receive your delivery in 21 BUSINESS DAYS, then your order will be reshipped. Now, pull out your little calender and count 21 days, but only count the MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS,THURSDAYS AND FRIDAYS. Those are what we call "business days". You see most businesses are only open on those days so their employees can have the weekends to themselves or families or whatever. That's where the term business days came from. Kind of cool huh?
You will probably realize that you were all wrong in your previous posts because 21 business days means they will reship your order , PER THE CONDITIONS OF THEIR GUARANTEE, if you do not recieve your order by MAY 17TH. I know, because I am not happy about not receiving my order yet too, but I knew the terms when I placed the order. I actually read the guarantee, and I purchased knowing what their policy was. I will respect their policy and be patient, even though it is driving me nuts, and I will expect them to honor their guarantee when the time comes. That's the deal, and that's how they work, and that's what is clearly stated on their website.

I am not so quick to discount them until I KNOW my order will not be arriving. Why would I? I received my other order that was placed AFTER the one on the 16th, and 5 of 5 germinated in two days. They haven't really given me a reason to hate on them.

Derek, why would you trash them already? Is it their fault that you chose not to read the guarantee and understand it before you ordered? Is it their fault that you cannot count? Or is it their fault that you do not know what a business day is?
I guess I am confused. , But I know one thing for sure. Derek may burn a lot, but he doesn't burn enough.

If they do have such poor customer service why don't you post up the email exchanges you had with them?

Honestly you should have emailed once and when she told you to wait 21 business days you should have left it at that until the 17th, but instead you have chosen to be and ingnorant whining cry baby instead.

I guess this is a great example of some folks just not getting it. If your gonna get up here and bash their customer service you should stand behind it and post up those emails you referred to, but until then, I won't lend your comments any credibility at all.

Checked the tracking on USPS today to see if it still showed it as invalid, and it said it was delivered Finally!!. USPS sucks with updating for sure! Yesterday it said invalid, today it said it went to NYC on the 23rd and left today for delivery. Had to sign for it but that is ok i am just glad to finally have my babies Stealth was well worth it! I Don't know what the ship with sweets was all about but well worth the price. All seeds were in perfect condition. Attitude is #1 in my book. Super fast shipping, and a VERY great selection to choose from. I'll go through them for now on. Got 1 Bubba Kush, and 1 Sharks Breath free with my order.
