so harvest day... i would have liked to have given them one more week but i had some early grow problems that hindered the results, plus i have my father visiting in 2 days and its within a week anyways so i figured cut em..

didnt get alot but it looks good.. i know you shouldnt do this but i fast dry'd a little to tast test.. it got me baked but i must admit i was expeting more... however i read that might be changed by the curing process?

anyways, this is what i got.. how does it look. and will it get better with a little patients and an Ikea jar? :bigjoint:

P.S. .first grow

Looks pretty good. Def could have gone another week or two. Do you have a scope? What are the trics like?

Drying properly and the curing process will develop a better taste, smell and potency. You can cure in pretty much anything that is air tight kept in a dark, cool, place.

after, i left some of the smaller trich covered leaves on because its purely personal and look doesnt matter.. unless i should be trimming tighter?

and to prof, no i dont have a scope.. im still working on making my plant happy through its growth cycle.. i had issues, i know what they are (what i did wrong) and il fix that for next round, see how i do :) im sure my next harvest wil be better, maybe ican worry bout the finer details next roundl

Those finer details are important too, lol, Having a scope to ensure you harvested at the right time is very important. That plant didnt look too bad but you chopped way too early, the last 2 weeks is when the buds gain most of their weight. Keeping some leaf on is fine if you want, like you said its personal stuff so look doesnt matter. In the end you should have some decent bud, but nothing that blows you away like it could of gotten if given more time to finish. Overall a successful grow.

true but i had problems.. the plant was stagnating.. the leaves were dying froma bad case of Ph burn i gave them by mis mixing one watering, they had a root bug infestation disrupting the roots, it was starting to die in my opinion.. it had hardly any leaves from being overwatered early and oftain in the veg stage (learning, plus thats where the bugs are from.. root issues.. the mix was shitty too... ) sdo in my opinion i felt like putting this horse down and making glue out of her so i can get to racing the next one! :)
