Light is has no effect on colonizing jars.
Same with dark.

I keep my at whatever temp my room is. Nut if my room is a little cold i will kick on my space heater. I just put my jars in my towel closet and shut the door.

i read on shroomery that a temp change of 10 Degrees from the jar to the fruiting chamber helps fruiting to

Fruiting chamber should be at 70F. Most sites say jars at 80f so theres your difference of 10f.

cambodia is a really easy strain to grow....mycelium spreads fast and the trip is very visual....glad to see other shroom growers on here as well....my green thumb started with mushrooms
