I highly doubt he could get the Republican nomination. GOP voters are largely retards (although not as retarded as Democrat voters). What bothers me is that he is an honest guy and says he won't run independent or for the Libertarians (and since he is honest, I believe he won't). I would love to see him run independent after he doesn't get the nomination. The money would still be rolling in and he could have a better chance. I would like to see him being what he is - separated from the establishment. Running as a Republican makes him a cog in the system, not as much separated from it.thats pretty awsome news! boo to everyone that says he cant win
I'm just wondering? So if a candidate agrees with your agenda then they are a heavyweight in the intellectual department, otherwise they are lightweight bozos, correct? Isn't that a rather egoistic view?Alan Keyes was on Hannity last night ... and as usual, he was awesome.
An Alan Keyes, Ron Paul ticket as Independents would look mighty good to me.
Can't you just imagine these two guys teaming up for the final debates. Ha! Hillary, Obama, Edwards, or whom ever else gets the Democrat nomination would look like intellectual lightweights compared to these two. Same-o, same-o for the Republicans.
Vi
Here here, I agree, give him a look and decide for yourself.it shouldnt matter if he ran as a republican or dem or gay or hermi or whatever his name is ron paul and hes running for president fuck this labeling bullshit, evryone is so quick to judge without looking further then what ever "label" was given
not everyone is the same !! think before you act, observe everything not just whats appealing to you or everyone else
Its not about me, nor is it about you. Its about liberty and freedom. How much of an intellectual does it take to stand before a national audience and declare that you will do everything possible, if elected, to uphold your oath to defend and uphold the Constitution, then in the very same breath, vow to push for unconstitutional government programs? That's exactly what EVERY Democrat candidate did in the last debate.I'm just wondering? So if a candidate agrees with your agenda then they are a heavyweight in the intellectual department, otherwise they are lightweight bozos, correct? Isn't that a rather egoistic view?
I've heard him say he won't do it without mentioning money. When asked during a debate if he would run independent he said he wouldn't because he is a Republican and only looking for the nomination. And he has been asked several other times and said no.What he said was he wouldn't run as an Indendant because he didn't have the millions of dollars it requires. AFter the 'record breaking' fund raiser this may change. He hasn't said he will. things are changing. VV
