18 bulbs of 27watt CFL Grow

This is Jane. Shes Five weeks flowering. Pics are 3 Weeks of flowering. Im useing Shultzs 10-54-10 at half strength with superthrive and 2tbl spoons of molasses every 5-6 days. She is under 18 27w cfls. A mix between 2700k and ge reveals. My question is will she get dense buds on her after 10-12 weeks? I know its a sativa dominant but will cfls get the buds big and dense if i just wait? Thanks. Any feedback is greatly apreciated. Negative or positive.

The buds should get nice and fat even with CFL's. The sativa genes may come into effect a little bit there but last time I flowered with CFL's the only buds that would have been considered "airy" were at the bottom of the plant. Impressive grow! Not too many people stick it out that long and let the girls get 4ft+. My first grow I let get about 2-3ft before I started to flower.

shes at six weeks now. i will get pics up later. buds arnt filling out yet. is the overall flower period longer for cfls than HID lights?

im impressed with this. only thing is that i think for such a tall plant, even with 18 27watt bulbs is may not be have enough penetrating light to cover your plant. IMO you'd need a shit ton more of 27watts if thats all you have; or replace a couple u have already with higher power cfls. (42Watts here and there maybe?) im just sayin' that a standard 27w cfl is kind of weak and with such a skinny and tall plant they'd have to be really close to have alot of impact.

if he uses the lights set up like up and down the plant, i think it would work.
just surround the plant as much as possible i think.

yeah it will still give you bud. but its already 4 ft tall and will only get bigger in more flower, and for a big plant like that i'd do everything i could to get as big of a bud as possible. given your budget and space ofcourse, so idn.

UPDATE: I have 6 42 watters on her now the rest 27watters. thanks for all the input. trying to get my gf to buy a hps for me instead of a tat.lol. cross your fingers

I have six 42 watters now as you can see in the light hood pic. Made it for free so cant beat that. I had to tie her down a week and a half ago. She got way to big. It actually help though. I know have alot more buds across the top. Tied all the side branches up also. Now I have a SOG type canopy on a giant Sativa. Probly have six weeks left. Any thoughts on the new pics?

I now have a 250w HPS! Fuck Yea! She finnaly gets the light she deserves. Shes now in the middle of week seven. Put the CFL hood on the back wall and un tied her so she can stretch some more. Will get new pics up soon. Im thinking i might get a qp from her.
