im in the uk, ive seen alot of videos on utube about these crazy christians who are complete and utter homophobic maniacs, my question is, how the fuck do u yanks put up with this, also, do these people have qualifications, i know a few gays and i dont see anything wrong with them, so far as they respect my sexuality ill respect theres, how do these people justify the hate and misery that consumes them and use religion as an excuse, if they behaved like that in the uk they would have thier faces smashed in, literally.

everyone is entitled to their beliefs over here, can't just go around bashing peoples faces in when we disagree with them. I only see them on rare occasions, they like to show up to sporting events and college campuses for the most part. It's easy to ignore them, and most of the time feel sorry for the poor bastards. Often times I like to argue with them but they always come back with some bullshit lines from the bible which I don't really care to hear...

im almost 89% sure that the video you saw was a dramitization in the us we may be a little less tolerante of gays here but most of the time it isnt not blatent hatred most people are afraid that if someone gay is affiliated with them they might try to impose their lifestyle or have friends that will impose thier lifestyle's upon them....I must admit that i am to some degree not able to fully comprehend or accept the gay lifestyle as normal but I would not treat some one indecently just because of their sexual orientation and what you speak of is only a small minority of christians like there is a small minority of muslims who are terrorists

I don't understand why people can't keep their beliefs to themselves. As my grandpa used to say, Its rude to talk politics and religion outside your own home.

i know what ur sayin, there was this 1 kid in my school a bit like them, whenever we talkd bout evolution he would come up with bullshit excuses like "have you ever seen a monkey turn into a human", i would say "yes.........you", and then id ask him if hes ever seen god, or how comes the people that pray for a job get it and the children who are starving never get there prayers answered, then he would start shouting stupid bible verses, i forgot to mention he wasnt very smart, over here if youre smart you go into set 1, average set 2, dumb set 3, he was in set 5, they all seem to be dumb fucks.

I think we all know who he's talking about. I see the guys with the "FAGS GO TO HELL" and shit like that posted on their signs, but yes this is a very very very small percentage and they are all nut bags who read the bible every night before they go to bed and think they were sent by god to fix all of their problems.

Im in the uk also,straight,married with two kids.My best pal is gay and he is one of the nicest human beings in the world.Its funny that these hard core christians quote the bible when it comes to being gay,but the book "Leviticus" in which it says "man shall not lay with man" also says that we,as christians should not eat pigs.But I would bet you my last quid that these loonys tuck into a bacon sandwich from time to time.

lol for them its bacon and eggs every mornin, with a decaff coffee so they can keep thier kids away from the evil illegal drugs and pump them full of the good legal 1s lol

Not to mention leviticus also says man shall never shave.

And somewhere in that book of fairytales there's something about not being able to have any association with a girl on the rag.

i think gays are wanting recognition from a religion that calls them abominations. thats were the problem is. i could care less about it though. i dont go puttin cd's into floppy drives...shit just wouldnt make since ya know
