ok so heres the details of my grow
-400watt mh/hps
-soil grow 0.08-0.12-00.8
-blue diesel almost 40 days old
-technaflora nutes

Alright the problem is browning yellowing leaves on all plants and on 1(of 4) the leaves are curling in to themselves and getting crispy
I thought it may have been a N deficintcy(sp haha) so my last feeding i gave them a 12 0 0 mix as well as the 1st flower nutes feeding...ive been goin light on the nutes thru veg i gave 1 1/3 dose feeding of veg nutes

Thanks for any help

The exact same soil, or just the same brand?

Do you have red stems too? That is another sign of N deficiency. Your chlorosis is probably caused by this. Try upping to 1/2 strength 12-0-0. It should take a couple days to see a change.

That said, get something to check your pH. You'll need it once you start feeding your ladies as much as they want. Obviously this grow you've done better than the last because your plants want more nutes than the last time.

Give it a try and follow up with me in a couple days to see how it turned out. :)

Hey there. First of all re-using soil I heard isnt a great idea, it's been nutrient infested, root matter has died off in it, it has been compacted much greater than if it were fresh, better to use new soil with lot's of perlite in it. Have you started your flowering nutes yet? I think you should do some reading in Uncle Bens thread, he states that PH is not even important, he's been growing for over 40 years,I believe him. He explains soil, nutes/defficiencies, and alot of other points very well. It all makes sense. https://www.rollitup.org/advanced-marijuana-cultivation/267989-uncle-bens-gardening-tweeks-pointers-post4063834.html#post4063834

up your nutes , your plants are wanting a bit more nitrogen , and your ph wnts to be @6.5 . heres how my plants are looking , this is there first true week of flowering , These are indica as you can tell by the nice green , greesy leafs . Why not get yourself some superthrive .
Ive noticed the difference on this grow from my last by using superthrive .

Some people (Mel Frank) say MJ will grow in soil anywhere from 6-8 on the pH scale if everything else is fine. But I've personally seen nute lock out due to pH, so I don't risk it.

UB does know his shit though, so don't take his advice lightly.

No mate , Superthrive has over 50 vital vitamins for cannabis to help keep stress free , and bigger growth .
First time im using it now and i see a great difference , but im also using seaweed extract for the first time also , so that will be helping to keep stress levels down and help growth . I aim for 6.5 as that is when all nutes are available to plants . 6.5 is SAFE as houses , below and above you COULD get lockout ,

i had this a few weeks bk. fert overdose flush your soil till it pissin out bottom. then only water when dry will stop spread. honest. it will stunt growth 4 a week but when u notice a boost again and no spread start ferts at half dose,,,,,, youtube mrbigbud75

I use superthrive on my grows its main component is b-1 which vitalizes your roots and helps with nute uptake. I personally use Fox farms tiger bloom with it and my plants still get the N that they need. If your later or even a little more than halfway I have noticed that fan leave begin yellowing its a sign that your plants are beginning to mature and use up their stored sugars. Id avoid over doing N during flower its not the nutes its using at that time can possibly stunt growth. Just my 2 cents

Yes mate , use superthrive the whole grow but read label as only use 1 drop per 4ltrs water which is just under 1 gallon

You do not want to take away from the nitrogen during flowering. Actually you want to find a healthy balance of nitrogen with your p-k so that you maintain fan leaf health and overall energy within your plants system, therefore maximizing yield and potency. 10-20-10 should be fine. It's not the nutrients that make your plant grow big and dank it's the plants needs for the amount and particular nutrients at the time, within the conditions you set for the plant. In other words the needs of plants are different at different times but never should you overload your plant with just one element, using these 4-55-10 bloom formulas with a crazy high amount of phosphorus is not wise, but detrimental on the health of the plant. Just my two cents ~ BCbuddy
