I'm sure its fine, they come out of the soil with the their heads pointing down and then lift up and start to bloom.

bin em start again, wtf soil u using, never seen anything as fuckd up as that, odds are it ur medium if they all same or whatever acid/fert u feed with, only water for first 2-3 wks then start ferts at 1/4-1/2 dose of (N)10(P)2(K)2 or similar, wat temp your grow and wat lights how close, looks like they doomed soon as sewed em, were get soil

they look fine 2u lol. i on my first grow 2 haze 1 w widow. my m8 grown em for 3 yrs we aint c nowt like that, it looks like crap medium 2 me or maybe its genetic if all seeds same strain, cpl of em got red stems cud be multiple problems with opposing remedies, if they even get a node i be surprised, THEY NOT FINE CUM ON

Far to much water as you can see it in the stem and dont try to pick the seed shells of as they will fall of on their own accord in a couple of days.

and are these outside? i feel like u gota start them inside till they get a few inches, wind or animals will prob knock em down. And ur medium does look pretty crappy.

Cut back on the water and if i 3 days they are not growing or showing and signs of improvement then start over.

You should use nuteless soil for the first couple weeks. Also, water when the soil is dry - dip your finger 2/3 inches into the soil, if it's dry then water until you get run-off. Should only be watering every 2/3 days but it varies..
