you should start! I wouldnt mind having some juicy pollen... and some raft :D

that really is a GOOD idea. just imagine. little dime bag sized ziplock with a little pollen in it. i've had it work after 6 months storage. very interesting idea.

6 months is a pretty good amount of time. and a really small amount of pollen goes a real long way :D. it may one day be more expensive than seed... because 100's o seed will grow from it 8D

now is when things always go bad. i'm almost 3 weeks in and everything is turning pale green. i've been feeding heavy for a week now and it doesn't seem to be helping. all my stems and stalks are purple. my leaves are yellowing and falling off. i went ahead and flushed everything this evening.:confused:

i can get some better pics if needed. maybe in the morning when my lights go off. or bright ones tonight.

"No Pest Strips", my buddy used them for his last grow when a small patch got mited. the herb was delicious too, no chems got sucked up by the buds. all the mites were dead after 2 days, buddy hung it from his light. i would recommend it, it doesnt hurt the weed at all - the colas were so thick, juicy, and sweet.

lol im stoned, i forgot this thread was 17 pages while i typed my post - hopefully you got all the mites dead so far.

I have had girls do that also and no matter how much I fed them the leaves would stay pale...I didnt get it but they would not get burn. I also tried flushing twice and it didnt help. They ended up finishing ok but lost alot of the fan leaves further into flowering....Maybe its the pot size I dunno all I can think of.
good luck and If you figure it out let me know what it is :-?:joint::peace:

Yeah man....my fan leaves have been progressively yellowing since week 4 flower as well....I'm in Week 6 now and the fans have got nothing left to give anymore. The bud still looks good though!

I suspect some kind of lock out myself, as I've been keeping her well feed, but the only way to know for sure is to test the run off from the bottom of the pots.

Did you test the PH and EC of the run off from your flush??

I did not do this myself....but I know it is what really needs to be done to try and diagnose the problem properly.....anything else is just guessing. I'm just to lazy for all that right now, so I 'guess' it's a lock out! ;)

I did try a soil PH soil tester kit with a little vile that you collect some soil in and then add this powder and top up with water. It was supposed to read a colour indicating the PH of my soil, but the water just looked muddy and nothing like any of the colours on the PH chart.....fucking RUBBISH I tell ya!

Looking at your pic again, it could be an Mg def as the yellowing looks like it has started from the leave edges. This can be quite common in soil. Have you fed with any Mg supplements like Epsom Salts? I have read from other soil growers that a boost of Mg is a good thing to administer around the 2-3 week flowering mark.

But anyway....it was just a thought....got any more pics??

epsom salt? just the sound of that scares me. from the grocery store? how much? tablespoon per gallon? teaspoon sounds better.:confused::confused:

scary to me too...I have enough salt buildup problems as it is. I have heard of people using epsom salt though and say it really helps :joint::peace:

hmmm, can't really be a lock out then....how about EC, do you have a meter or strips for this?

I can only assume they must just need more food then. Unless it is something to do with damage the mites might have caused earlier on. I really don't know though man, never had mites yet (touch wood). I'm sure the fuckers will pay me a visit one day though  Best of luck getting it all sorted, I hope you can turn them round......keep us posted.

You can get it from any pharmacy.

You can also administer it as a foilar spray for quicker availability.

I use a level tbsp per gallon, little less if foilar feeding. But I have not had any Mg problems on my latest grow.

I also find BioBizz Alg-a-mic is also a good source. Bat Guanao also has good Mg content, so if you really don't want to add salt, then check these out.

Good luck.

can be used as a foliar spray too...
