hey everyone.

as some of you know, I currently have two of Nirvana's Ice plants going. As of today, they're 23 days into flowering. The bigger one is doing great, actually its doing better than I could have ever imagined it would.. but I know that since she's in a much bigger growing container, I know that has alot to do with it.

But anyhow.. my question is with her sister. She's more of a runt, when compared to her sister.. but she's still a healthy plant and doing great except for one little problem.. the bottom set of leafs.. have curled, but, nothing like you would see, from, lets say.. a leaf on a plant that is heat stressed.. its not curled like that..or under/over watered plant for that matter.. its totally different than anything I've seen before personally.

I noticed it when I went to take photo's for my weekly grow update... here's a picture of it. I can take some better ones if needed.. but this should do it enough justice for someone to be able to give a diagnosis. Any help is appreciated.. On with the picture! Look below:

IMAG0013.jpg

See the bottom branch set? The stem is stiff to the touch.. rather than being limp and loose.. like you would expect to see from heat stress or over watering/under watering..

anyone? :peace:

you're right, that is not a large enough pot for the size of plant. not at all sure that's your problem but you are probably rootbound.

Stems get stiff when they get old, it has nothing to do with heat stress, or watering. I prefer thick woody stems personally. They support more wieght, and maybe deliver energy to the buds more efficiently.

Right, that's what I said. I know that this has nothing to do with heat stress or over watering or under watering. Thats the whole reason I was asking for some help with it.. I've never seen this personally before either. First time for everything I guess.

You see what I'm asking?? Just making sure your understanding what I'm asking... and that I was already aware of what you told me.. as I had already previously said the same thing you just said pretty much. I mean.. I'm not trying to be mean bro or a dick.. i'm actually laughing though because nothing you said.. helped me in any sort of form or fashion. But thanks! LMAO.. You pretty much repeated what I had already stated. lol..

It's cool though, like I said. Thanks ?

Dude she's stressed because she's outgrowing her pot... I think the transplant would be a relief if anything.
I know, I agree with you. Geeez people.. calm down eh? fucking shit.. someone asks a question and they get pushed around for it? the fuck kinda shit is that??

if some of you people would pay attention to what I'm actually saying.. sure might help.

Let me explain a few things here.

I'm not a drug dealer, so I don't have 100+ plants going at once.. as I only grow for my personal use. I've said that so many times before, and other people have never had a problem with me.. but once again, I guess people just read and process what they want to, instead of actually paying attention to what people say.

I do thank you, for helping me 'bonuslazer'. I do, I was simply stating (just to make sure!) that, I've always read that transplanting a plant that is over two weeks into flowering, is a bad thing. But!!! Seeing how everyone thinks that it would be best to transplant her, that's what I may just do. OR! I may just leave her in that pot, and let her figure it out on her own.. that she's not getting a bigger pot.

and again man, I'm not trying to be a dick here.. I'm just simply stating what I've read.. and heard about transplanting a plant that is further than two weeks into flowering... that's all.

peace... and thanks to those who decided to actually "HELP" me with this issue. Thanks.

The thing is... you ask for help on why there is a problem with your plant. People give their advice on how to fix the problem, then you get mad at people for giving you suggestions.

At least check the roots and make sure she isn't root bound, or your not gonna have a happy plant or a happy yield. When they get root bound its not a good scenario, and your plant will be stunted. Think about it...
