Nah, not always. I usually give rep when I think it's earned or I like the post or something makes me laugh. I also enjoy seeing people get smacked down with logic when they say something stupid, it's funnier in person, but it's pretty funny on here sometimes too.

I've also given +rep for just mind blowingly stupid stuff people have said.

It sucks that you can't give bad rep to assholes.

Actually that is possible, lol, you just gotta get an elite account by *donating* money to rollitup. I wonder if that would count as a charitable donation come tax time, lol, that would be pretty cool.
