I thought this would be a good thread to talk about what we do when we smoke.

lets talk about anything from what we smoke out of to how we smoke and anything related.

ive made an aluminum bowl and fits inside a big pen on one end so i make all kinds of neat pieces and use them all once or twice, but usually i go sit in my truck and just burn.. then usually half way through the bowl ill take my key and mash the ashed and blow real gentle like on the bowl to get all the burnt shit out. anyone else do that?

I vape most of the time, but I've grown kind of bored of just vaping and I miss being able to take huge bong rips, so I took a straw, a water bottle, a bowl, and some clay, I burnt a whole in the water bottle slid the large straw in as a down steam sealed around it with clay and then, bam I had a bong that could rip hard

ever since I got my herbalaire bag vape I can't even think about going back to smoking. just isn't worth it to me.

I went from smoking 9-12 joints a day, to vaping the equivalent of 2 joints a day. and I get higher off of the vaping 2 joints worth a day than I did smoking 12 joints.

I mean smoking is very uncomfortable after you get used to vaporizing. then you soon realize that vaporizing gives you a better cleaner high, that is truly the essence of the bud you have.

it becomes more about the effect of the bud over the flavor (though flavor is very present in bags . . .), I instantly feel the difference between an indica and a sativa out of my vape. I can almost feel it in the way the vapor hits my lungs. there isn't really much to be bored about when vaping. unless you don't have a very good vape?

anyways I know this said smoking habits, but I think it should say 'blazing habits'.

I mean not to kick my own dick man but yeah I wouldn't get bored of vaping if I had a bag vape, like my buddy has a volcano and trust me there is nothing I prefer to do, and also even with my vape I guess your really right I never really get "bored" of it but I don't mind to throw in another type of smoking device in every once in awhile, just to change it up, don't get me wrong I'd prefer my vape over any other piece I've had, and actually at this point it is all I have now, but I also enjoy smoking, I find it fun and extremely satisfying on the lungs, so every now and then I wish I still had some of my older pieces just so I could smoke something, and if I'm going to smoke something way not make it weed so at least its a shit ton healthier then tobacco products you know? But at the same time I could completely understand why you would never want to go back to smoking, because you have never actually tasted weed or been high until you vaped. and just to finish what I started off saying, I have a hot box vaporizor, and although it isn't as good as any bag vape, I think it is still a very quality vape, and perfect for the economic smoker

yeah whip vapes are great, I think they're cool to have /with/ a bag vape. like my herbalaire, is a whip vape and bag vape. you can turn it into a bag vape by attatching the pump and the bag.

or it can simply be a whip vape by just attatching a rubber tube to the top. I always use it as a bag vape though but some time I might want to use it as a whip. the pump is very quiet so I really have no reason to not use it haha.

plus I feel it's much more efficient to use a pump to pump up the whole bag and get all the vape out all at once, as taking pauses in between puffs like with a whip vape can cause massive fluctuations in temp that can cause the bud to char.

and the main reason why i can't smoke after vaping is: one, it will totally make vaping unenjoyable for the next day or two (coughing up crap from smoke). secondly, it fucks up my tolerance to vaporizing.

I'm sure there is a special tolerance level to people who only vape. it doesn't allow you to cap out in the same way smoking does.

like, you have to vape 3 reynolds turkey bags in a row (10-15 hits depending on how big of hits) you'll be so high you'll probably have to fall asleep, but if you force yourself to vape more you probably wont get that high, but it's still not the same as smoking in that way, the amount you can use to get high seems to be endless, and smaller amounts matter a lot more when you have a bag vape.

idk how I can really explain it better, it truly takes experience to know what I'm talking about here.

I completely understand what your talking about just because I have a lot of experience with both my whip and my friends volcano, I've probably hit the hot box on average 3 times a day since january and maybe the volcano twice a week since march, and way before then years and years of smoking joints, blunts, bongs, pipes, bubblers, and then cigarettes, cigars, and some hookah here the last few years, so I know what you mean how yeah a vape limits itself, but it limits itself like super high, then smoking you can keep on getting either that buzz or the high, but it takes a lot t get anywhere near even 2 solo vape bags. But, I personally don't mid the fluctuation just because I am also a smoker, so it just doesn't faze me as much, I would say

what I'm saying is, the only way to truly know what I"m talking about is to use a bag vape as your main consumption tool for over 2 weeks.

otherwise you're only getting a fraction of the picture.

I thought this would be a good thread to talk about what we do when we smoke.

Bicycling, talking with friends, watching movies...but not reading so much; when high it's hard to remember the previous paragraph, and I lose focus. Though once in a while I can really get in the reading zone while high. Maybe there's a strain of weed or some fortuitous brain chemistry that allows high octane concentration, and it's great when its stars align. Uncommon, but great.
