Your girl looks awesome mate, Pic 5 is wicked.
That top in pic 7 is a bit odd. Foxtailing is little shoots of pure calyxes but that cola has hardly any flowers on the very top. Hate to say it gum but it looks like that top is trying to reveg, I hope I'm wrong. Is there any possiblity there's light leaking in when the lights are off?
 
It may just be going through its last growth spurt. Those extensions should fill out and result in huge colas. It looks like it could be revegging but I think its just trying to finish itself up. Stay positive. I think they are fine.
 
there could be a slight chance. i have a small vent in a back corner that shouldnt get any light to it, its kinda hidden. i will cover it with some carbon filter. i have opened the cabinet with all the lights off in the room, and the middle of the day, and its pitch black though, but it is the garage, so some light might be getting through. i hope thats not the case, i will feel like a real bone head.

speaking of revegged plants, stopped by and looked at the outdoor revegging bs1, she is looking good. if I can get the pics off my phone i will post em
 
here is a couple of pics from BS1. let me know what yall think.

i made sure there were not any light leaks this morning with all the lights off I could only see a peep of light, but I covered it well anyhow. hopefully no damage will come to my girl.

i checked the top growths, and there is some calyxes mixed into the growth, and they seem to be the size of most others. i will keep an eye on it. i may hook up a webcam and put it in there, i seen chainseeker do that, cool way to case the place without damaging the goods!!!
 
I have my fingers and toes crossed that I'm wrong. Maybe you can see where I'm coming from looking at the tops of the BS1.
None of the other tops seems to be showing it though so maybe it's a genetic trait or something.
I did see a very similar pic on here right at the very end of BTK3ill's grow but I don't think he ever posted again so I don't know how his plant turned out.

Thanks for the support v12, and I see where your coming from. It makes a little since too. Weird thing is though I would expect the ugly curled and browning leaves and other symptoms of revegging before I actually seen new growth ya know. I have seen some real ugly looking revegging plants, ya know. Maybe ill post a new thread in the problems section and ask for others opinions too. And it was a bag seed, so maybe the genetics r a little f'ed up. Thanks again for your advice, it is well received.
 
The main thing to remember is that all those beautiful buds are going nowhere but your curing jar and stash tin. They are already banked mate so you will not be disappointed come what may :)

That's a good way to look at it, thanks for thowing the good perspective on my situation, it makes me feel better.

By the way, at this point what is your guess at yeild? I am thinking 20 to 28 g's dry???

Anyone else wanna take a guess?
 
That's a tough call gum.
They have bra's filled with gel and even fake tits these days. The only way to know for sure is to give them a good squeeze :)
You must be in the ballpark there though.
 
so i finaly decided to take everyone input, shes revegging. no other way to explain it. i have taken the main cola in hope that she did not degrade through the long flower i put her through. i will harvest the rest tomorrow or monday, but after taking this monster (to me at least!!) i dont have enough room to dry this whole plant, so I have to come up with something...

wet weight 65 grams, so maybe 17 grams dried and trimmed, but i still have 4 other colas.

my last seed failed, so I will find and FIX my light leaks and reveg this plant. if the rest of the branches give me half the wet weight of the main cola then i will have stock for some time, maybe close to a half ounce dry, i think already a lot more than my own guesses.

That's too bad. I really thought she was just getting one last growth spurt, but at least you got some nice bud to hold you over for a while. So what are you expecting? 1.5-2 oz? I hope she smokes nice and smooth for you.
 
Yeah, I'm kinda saddened by it to. But I just can't ignore all the advice, and most of it points to revegging. That's fine though, if she is revegging then once I chop the rest I will help her along by incrimenting 30 mins light a day until I get to 14-15 hours, then let her finish revegging. This will give me time to work on my light leaks so she can really show me what she can do.

I am expecting an ounce, but it looks like she may put out more.

All the samples I took I only dried, no cure. They were a good energetic heady buzz but you could taste the green chlorophyl taste ( I think that's what its called). The cure should take care of that though.
 
Dam Gum I missed the entire grow. You went through some crazy stuff in this grow. I bet your next attempt will be so much easier with all you have learned. I love this site. Quick ? how are you germing your seeds. I've somehow managed to germ like 14 out of 16 maybe just dumb luck though. The 2 that didn't pop was because I let them dry out when I forgot about em. If u still have prob's hit me up and I'll fill u in on my technique. That settles it gum u have to start a new journal so I can hop on board this time. LOL! Really though. You should def keep us posted on the reveg. I'm very interested in seeing those girls take off again.
P.S. Do you think heat probs could have messed with the two that didn't do so well?

hey CS, sorry you missed it man. yeah, this was an up an down grow all in all, but I still have 2 plants growing, and a happy yield from this one all things considered. i will have to give them real names next time around.

i was germing in paper towel, then soil. but I just started putting them in soil. the last one i did was 2 moist, and died. i think it was really too big a pot to start a seed. i have another going now in a pint cup, put in the soil friday or saturday. so maybe it will pop in a day or two. i think heat could have caused a problem. the soil looked like it wasnt draining good on one after I pulled it out. and the one i revegged i think had a bad lockout. but who really knows. i went and seen the bs1 today, the one that i revegged, and man is she doing good now, and we have had some 90+ days consecutively already outside.


i cant wait to see this one reveg either. pics of bs1 to follow.
 
a couple of shots of bs1 revegging, she looks real good. had a ton of rain the past week, so i hit her up with some fish emulsions. gonna finish harvesting bs2 tonight. i will give them new names on bs2's rebirth tonight.

I took the rest of bs2. i think i might have left too much green on her, but i wasnt sure how much she would need to reveg. she will no longer be called bs2, she is now leigh. i switched out most her 2700k for 6500k, and boosted her into the light. i gave her some extra sun shine this morning, and increased her light 30 minutes.

the tallies are in, and the wet, untrimmed weight of this plant is 195 grams. that doesnt include about 3-4 grams of wet i trimmed to sample over the past 5-6 weeks. i am betting on 60 grams dried. all in all this was a great grow, and i am glad i can reveg her to see what she & i can do again. they normally dry to bendy stems in about 4-5 days, and i will start curing from there.

please tell me what you think of leighs harvest, i'd love to hear.

oh, and when i was bringing her in the house, i didnt have enough hands, so I stuck pieces in my mouth and carried it in. oh my, it left me with this peppermint taste in my mouth all night, even woke up to it. i havent had peppermints in weeks, but i cant wait for the smoke report!!!
