It looks to me like your "UFO" was a mylar balloon. The reason why it looks like it's flashing is that it's moving in the wind, and when it's turning in a certain direction, it's reflecting light at you.
Obviously, I could be wrong. But I think it's ludicrous to assume it's of Russian origin when you don't even know what it is.

Well I'm convinced.
I'm glad you are concerned about the world. There is certainly a lot shit to be concerned about, I'll give ya that but this is so far from proof of UFO's man, I'm not even sure why you'd post this. Why are all pics and video of UFO's always shitty and grainy?

UFOs and aliens are real via the Government.
they create this shit in area 51 to raise the fear level in people.
once they have a strong following they will bring out the aliens and technology they have been waiting to unleash.
the aliens will be killin off parts of the world and we will have no where to run or call except the UN to come save our asses.
of course ill informed people wont know the gov is creating this so they think its actual alien life.
once the UN "saves us" they will resume a world take over.

Who would be scared of the idea of ufos? If ufos have been flying round for so long without bothering us and are so sophisticated in technology, why would the public suddenly asume that they would want to disrupt our lives. If the government is releasing weather balloons or whatever other alien looking objects, why do they go to such lengths to prove their own ufos to be natural lighting or a balloon? If they wanted people to believe and fear their ufos, they would act like they are real and broadcast interest into them in the mainstream media more.
What do you by Russian troops standing by in the US and Mexico? Are you saying they're the reason for 'chemtrails'? Their new world order, communism, basically everybody working together, is that so bad? Haha, sorry for the poor wording, replying before I go out.

no....i dont think you understand. a new world order does not mean everyone living peacefully working together.
the NWO means government runs all, under one regime. to the point to where you will not only NOT refuse the implantation of a chip in your body, the government will make it so that you demand it.
i normally wouldnt reply to comments such as yours, but it seems as tho you need to be informed.

You didn't say it was from Russia, but you certainly implied it by saying this in your second sentence: "If you are American I suggest you look up why lots of Russian troops have been sent to your country."
If you weren't trying to imply that the "spaceship" was from Russia, then what's the purpose of this sentence?
As I said, I wasn't there so you know better than anyone what it actually looked like. But it's pretty clear that you're trying to make everyone believe that this "thing" you saw has suspicious origins. I'm not surprised you feel this way. if a UFO started attacking your house and killing off your family members with huge cannons i think it might pump a little fear into you, if not then you must have the biggest balls on earth.
UFOs have been reported for a very long time, not once has a mysterious craft blown up anybodies house. If you're still suggesting that the government build UFOs or whatever, I think you'll find that a modern military chopper has quite enough firepower (should they ever want to destroy their own population) and would save the expense of designing some sort of deathship.

Any reports of a close encouter which seem even near realistic usually involve extra-sensory visions, temporary burns etc etc. If an alien were to abduct for reasons of an experiment, I'm sure it could find more useful parts of the body to investigate than some unfortuante persons anus.
