I think I'm addicted to fast food

I have altered my dining out a little bit but I still have to hit up tacobell every once in a while. Instead of fast food I get take out korean or sushi (at least I'm getting some veggies) or I'll buy take and bake 'delite' pizzas from papa murphys that are way tastier and healthier than anything you can get from pizza slut.

My hardest thing since smoking fulltime is late night sweettooths does anyone have some healthy but tasty suggestions. I've been doing cereal w/skim milk, yougurt, and ottter pops.

I usually do cereal with low fat soy milk, late at night, too. Cereal bars are also a favorite. If I'm really trying to be healthy, I'll put peanut butter on an apple.

Nice, I hadn't even thought about peanut butter and apple slices; I think I'll have those tonight.

frozen grapes or any sweet fruit really

edit: or get the dankest granola possible and mix it in with the yogurt and add some blue berries or somthin < im usually too lazy for that one but fruit is awesome cause it cures munchies and cotton mouth while also tasting goood

lightly drizzle some honey over them too! MMmmmmmm
Speaking of honey, I picked up some brioche (the real french bread not healthy lots of eggs and butter) at the farmers market last weekend and put just a little but of butter on and drizzled some honey on a couple of pieces and WOW probably the most simple yet tastiest desert I've ever made.

Huh I've never tried freezing grapes I will have to try that

Granola and yogurt rock I have that for breakfast everytime I go camping

I don't even know if they have it anymore though...



They have a smaller version on the dollar menu

You're addicted to calories, not fast food. Your body desires calories to burn. Get them from somewhere else.

Try hemp seeds. You'll notice a decrease in spontaneous cravings for empty calories. Hemp seeds literally contain almost everything a human needs to live.

And ukgrower, I bet you're fairly young, man. No offense for being younger, but you probably won't have that badass metabolism forever. When I was in my teens and twenties, I ate whatever the fuck I wanted and never felt any side effects. I'm in my late 30's now, and everything starts to slow down a bit around now, so I have to exercise and eat fairly well to not gain weight.
lol i am kinda young, 18, but seriously tho i used to be alot fatter, i used to make my customers come to me, now that im doin bigger tings i have to go to them, ive lost 4 stone in just 2 and a half years, i still eat the same junk as b4, prob a lil bit more, its all about exercise, eat fruit, i love watermelons and apples, i eat loads of them, its all about chemicals, the burgers and shit are a temporary sugar rush followed by a nasty come down until u get another craving, just substitute it with fags and fruit, works 4 me, good luck
