My guide on how to quit smoking pot. I really dont recommend to quit smoking marijuana but sometimes you run out of buds and you just have to lol
So You Need to Quit smoking pot? Its easy, I have done it thousands of times in my lifetime! Infact I just did it 5 minutes ago! This article will focus on how I quit when I need to quit for 3 days or more however.
A list of all the possible things that can happen if you smoke marijuana on a normal basis and abruptly stop:
You will likely remember your dreams more often.
You will likely have difficulty sleeping for a few days.
You could feel a bit restless or anxious for a few days.
for me the only symptom I experience is I have trouble sleeping the first few days, This is a common symptom that many experience: I have found I like to have two alcholic beverage before sleep those first few nights. Ok well thats the only symptom I have ever experienced both mental and physical so basically thats it, I buy a 6 pack and drink 2 before bed for 3 nights, I also avoid much caffiene although I am unable to quit caffiene entirely because I am physically addicted since childhood it can get pretty uncomphortable unlike quiting marijuana which really doesnt take a second thought. I always regret quiting marijuana eventually but sometimes you gotta quit if you dont have any buds left.
