Within the past couple months their has been alot of talk about how they found a clause in prop 215 that never classifies how many plants you can really have per state law, and how the feds said they wouldn't go after anyone with 99 or less plants?

Can anyone point me to a place where i can read about this? :leaf:

if you do 99 plants they will think ur takin the piss and use federal law instead of state law, i dont know bout american law but thats how i would think it would work. theres a limit to how much they will accept, 20 plants might not be cared for, but 99 plants is just takin the piss.

don't be an idiot.

look up the limits in your county. that's what you go by.

if you try going against your county, you're risking having the cops cut down all your plants.

Oh trust me Poplars im no idiot... well i guess sometimes i can be but i would never grow that many plants without legal acceptance.. I dont even live in Cali, i live in Colorado..

I was just talking to someone from cali that hadnt heard of the clause they found, thats all.

its really not that much work, esp if you like what youre doing. and if you dont have a passion for bud, you shouldnt be growing in the 1st place. i got a buddy who has an operation of MORE than that. id say around 120 plants. thats including vegg stage too tho

lol if you're growing outdoors, there's only so many 'systems' you can use . . .

I mean you can have a water holding tank, but you still have to tend to it and I'm pretty sure you can't have it hold nutrients like you would with an indoor system relative to that.

the guy im talking about is growing with soil indoors. so it's probibly the most time consuming. on average he spends 4-5 hours a day with his plants. like i said, it's his passion. and most of the time he is just out there listening to music or just sitting with his girls
