Auto Flowering suggestions PLEASE

Ok fellow dank junkies, this is my first indoor/auto flowering experience. i have just ordered some autoflowering northern lights seed from nirvana seeds. so they wont be here for a while.. im going to post a picture of my new grow cabinet and i would like you to post youre opinions and advise whether this will be sufficient enough to grow. ive done quite a bit of research on this but there are always different opinions and i want to hear them. I havea 14w glow panel in the middle and two 75w (6500k)cfl's that are directly above where i will be planting my NL. i have an exhaust hole in the top right corner and a small fan for circulation in the corner as well as another hole on the bottom side for fresh air to come in. the shelf is adjustable to bring the lights up as the plants grow.

Hi ya, that looks a nice place for some good urbs. Ive done plenty of lows, my personal favorite was diesel i haven't tried NL lets us know what you think of the smoke when the time comes.
I haven't used CFL's but i would have at least 4 in a space like that, and run a 18/6 cycle, plants do need down time and i think they come along a bit more healthy as a result. But im sure
you will find out for yourself as we all do.

Also i plan to run 20/4 light cycle. ive heard it doesnt really matter but wat do you think?
Well plants do have a dark cycle, but they don't have to be in darkness for this to occur. However during this time photosynthesis doesn't occur. So you can run the lights 24 hours but at some point your just wasting electricity. Not a big deal with low wattage ops but that 4 hours can mean a lot money at high wattages.

Now there isn't any magic number as to how long they should be off. Leave em off too long plants begin to stretch, leave em on too long and you may get bleaching. You just have to find a happy medium that works for YOUR setup and plants.
