My leaves are curling over.. I am still praying everyday for the mites.. today is day 4... i will spray tomorrow and then change the res... whats causing my babies to curl? HELP

Hey DP nice grow love the easy aero setup. What's your PPMs at? From my understanding you dont want to give them any nuts this young. The guy I get my clones from has the same deal and all he uses is some sea weed extract that coats the roots a little and makes them a beautiful green. Also whats the humidity at in the room? I'm not a pro on aero but does it run 24/7 misting or is this a drain and fill type setup?

If you are adding nuts what'd you put in? I think I missed the size of your res earlier. Anyways I'm interested to watch this, check mine out also I had some similar problems on mine when they were real young but all I used was some B+1 additive.

Also - Mites SUCK. Dip them with some avid soon. Then clean everything in your room especially floor. They're difficult suckers. I'm dealing with them too but a lot bigger plants I didnt dip all of mine as babies. Spraying sucks!

Hey Cali, my ppms are at 350, pH 6.1 and temp is 72... I am using GH nutes. In there now is floramicro, floragrow and some diamond nectar.. i did 1/4 strength solution on all as you can tell by the ppms!! I am misting the top and bottom of the plants everyday with AZATROL.. I let it get on the floor too!! I have some plants that I started from seed and some clones.. It is mostly the clones that are curling like that but some of mine are curling too!

The system mists on for 3 minutes and off for 5 but the roots always have water!

This is what at least half of them look like... The clones I used had some spider mites but I am spraying... The temp in the room is between 72 and 79.. water ppm is 350, pH 6.2.. I am using GH nutes.. In there right now is floramicro and floragrow... there is also some diamond nectar int there.. 1/4 strength solutions in everything!!
PLEASE HELP!! I dont want to see them die!!

Is it possible that they spider mite spray is phytotoxic??? They started wilting after the 3rd day of spray... I sprayed already today.. should I stop?​

You're ph is way to high. Try dropping it down to 5.8 and keep it there steady. When the ph is that high in hydro the nutes get locked out.

Thanks rast!! Im going to fix that now.. also I think that I should have sprayed the plants during their dark cycle... I think that is what is causing them to curl!

yup..the pH in aeroflos needs to be around 5.5-5.8...that should help you out.

i dont think it is your ph. A higher ph like 6.2 just locks out P and some others. I have had high ph for a while in buckets and I only noticed probs in flower. It looks lead curl do to heat or maybe some water prob. Maybe the spray. I would look at those. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks smokey and teatree... I have lowered the pH to about 5.6.. I am installing the new a/c today that should help keep the room about 74 and the also allowing the co2 gen. to keep the ppms a little higher.. I was having an issue because the exhaust was running constantly and so the co2 was not. The ppms are at about 320 right now..I am not going to spray anymore azatrol until I figure out what is going on.. Any other help is always appreciated!!

UPDATE: OK... So today i took some RO water and sprayed the leaves while the lights were off. I changed the res today too!! temp is 70...ppms are 180 and the pH is about 5.8! I'm hoping to see some improvement soon!! The bins are what I keep RO water in until I change the res... As always, ALL HELP IS APPRECIATED!

I also only used flora micro, gro, and bloom.. I didnt put in Diamond Nectar yet just in case!

I was also thinking about mixing nutes... I currently use GH nutes but I am thinking about adding B-52 & VooDooJuice.. Anyone have any input on mixing nutes and/or the B-52 and VoodooJuice??
