Is this normal for drying?

Just cut and hung 2 plants 2 days ago and have been checking them daily. Is it normal for them to have little smell while they are still wet and drying? Will they develop a smell as they dry? It’s quality weed and loaded with crystals. thanks

yea kinda like a dead body they begin to stink much more as they dry

just wait till u jar it. But make sure its not too dry or it will not have a strong smell or be as fresh after the cure
