Wrap the foil around a pencil , remove pencil , place blunt end of pencil in one end of aluminium tube you now have and bend to form a bowl..done..in under 30 secs

Prolonged exposure is bad, doing it once when you have nothing else to smoke out of doesn't matter.

Far from it , the bend placed to form the bowl end prevents any passage of debris , its not rocket science.

Not a good idea, when heated gives of aluminium oxide a vapour which has been linked to alchimers disease due to alot of people in the generation that is currently elderly bein exposed to aluminium oxide through cookin in aluminium pots? dunno if that true could possibly be an urban ledgend but whos chancin it when a cheap bowel, downpipe and gauzes only cost about 4 of our great british pounds. Also not recomended would be tins!

I know but it's not like I use aluminum all the time.
The only time I use one is when I can't take a piece with me and I need something I can just throw away or if I don't have a pipe and I just want a quick high.
The occasional bowl out of tin or aluminum isn't going to give you Alzheimer's or hurt you.
Also, the only reason they THINK that smoking aluminum or tin could be linked to Alzheimer's is because people with Alzheimer' have unusually high levels of the chemical in their body.

^this. I don't see any reason to smoke out of aluminum foil period. 20 papers cost a dollar, that's actually cheaper than foil. Plus you don't look like a broke ass crack head smokin rocks

i agree, i perfer a regular blunts,cigarillos,garcia vegas, game blunts. never papers or blunt wraps. i dont like flavored blunts tho, i think its fucks up the taste of the ganja smoke. ive smoked out of tin foil a couple times when i was younger..it does get you really high. i always tried to make sure i didnt burn the foil because i felt and knew i was smoking out of something i wasnt supposed to be. now that im older i have bought pipes and things so just in case i dont have a blunt or a way to get one i can still get high without stress. dont get me wrong i love hittin bongs and pipes. you get a different high and it conserves weed. im more mature and wiser now and rather wait till i got somethin to smoke out of rather than hitting tin foil. i used to roll the foil around a pen and slide it out. bend the top up and widen the bowl part, maybe pinch a little under the bowl, make a mouth piece.

I don't know about you but I can't taste the aluminum.
All you have to do is not be a dumbass and only hold the lighter there long enough for the weed to stay cherry.
