If you have a 1000W bulb in your PC box... you will be at temps well over 100... also this is kinda my thread (didn't know if you noticed) so please hijack it correctly...

You could always veg with cfl's, and then when these are ready to harvest, put the WW under the 400W to flower. An idea maybe??
