My 2nd Grow Attempt.....Purple Widow

Ok i recieved my 12 Purple Widow seeds from Dr. Chronic and hopefully i'll be getting the pots i ordered in the mail 2morrow. Im using Al B Fucts grow op where i harvest every 2weeks. I'm keeping my mothers constantly veggin under two 48" 40w cool white fluorescent tubes. So two 40w tubes = 80w's of fluorescent. Im germinating 3 seeds right now in napkin and ziplock baggie. Lets see what tommorow brings us.

Today i planted 1 Purple Widow Germinated seed. Also i started to germinate another seed yesterday and the tail didnt pop out yet, but i planted it anyways- Is that okay?

The one that overgerminated is acting like its growth is stunted...The one that wasn't done germinating is bigger and caught up to the one that overgerminatred.

How long have they been germinating?
It should only take 3-5 days or so...

I am still vegging the plant its still getting taller its under 2 40w flouro tubes. should i put it under the 250w HPS light? Also its almost 3-4 feet I am going to Top it soon. And start taking clones off it.
