Has anyone ever bought from here if so how was there experience? I ordered 3 items from them and for some reason I only received 2 of them today.

I have twice and have had no problems.Call and find out whats going on with your 3rd item.

they are good for prompt delivery but if you have a problem with your products they put you on the pay no mind list.. you can call and do whatever you want.. and i think they watered down my nutrients, none of them came with the seal on them and they had tape around them, all with leak holes.. i bought them from my local hydro shop and the color was much much darker. ill never buy from them again

I ordered a light and some other stuff,,, never received the light,, so they sent me another one,,, took a little longer but,,, they made good on it..

They have a toll free 1-800 # is the excuse they give people when they don't respond to e-mails, so just call them up and they will work with you. HTG supply has a very high reputation score on ebay.

I ordered from them twice. The first time was a bad experience, but they reimbursed me in full, so it turned out to not be so much of a problem. The second time went perfectly.

i'm in the middle of my first order. so far they are good it's UPS that's killing me. my package has been sitting in the same place for 4 days. must be the holidays.

with my order,, it was ups that said they delivered it (left it at my front door) so whether it was stolen or not, I did recieve another one,, just had to wait another two and a half weeks..................

i didn't even check to see if they had express shipping. next time i'll look into it. i have 27 sprouts waiting for their new light. UPS says next thursday. i know they are playing soccer with my box. bastards.

I got my stuff fast but there was a problem, my light doesnt come on when the ballast turns on unless i play with it

i called up and they replaced the socket because i thought that was it, but im thinking it's the light now.. it still has the same problem and the light just doesnt look as bright to me anymroe, i think i might have gotten a defective light or something.

i will post the outcome of this, but like i said, there were no problems when i called last time, im just upset at my misdiagnosis... i may take the opportunity to just order another light and not have them send another socket/cord so i dont have to send this one back

My light was doing the same thing,,, flickers instead of coming on,, have to unplug for 15 min. then try and try and try again,, sometimes it will come right on but 1/2 the time it wont,, I thought maybe the ballast, but, I changed the bulb and everything is great.......

Never had a problem with them here, but I can just visit the store. went there yesterday actually for some grow bags and soil for a few babies
Everything I've ever bought there has been great... all nutes sealed, lights and ballasts were good for me I've never had to have them ship me anything though. Hope it all works out for ya... and hopefull UPS isn't kickin around fdd's light too much

That sucks...Gotta hate when holidays interfere with gardening lol. At least they have a good rep for fixing problems with orders if ya get it and its broken. Getting ahold of them seems to be harder than getting them to fix things sometimes (just from what ive seen posted once in a while).

it's the 30 sprouts i have going that i'm worried about. poor things are under CFL's until my light gets here.

Ahh those are the ones that are a few of the black domina? Keep those babies goin! I'm curious what that strains like. I think thats one strain im going to order for my next batch once the ones I have now finish. Gonna let them all finish then rearrange my room, and maybe add a second room since wifey said I can take over another extra room in the house man I need more light lol

I hear ya,,, no matter how much light I have,,, I always see where I can use another..... Its like when your plants start growin and you hope they get big enough,,, then your hoping they dont get any bigger,,,outa control........
