heres the deal

plants normally wont sex or even be mature until the 3rd or 4th week (OF VEG) (imo)

but after you've given them enough time to genetically mature....you can flower them whenever you want.


the site that was telling you/informing you about a bunch of small plants and keeping them small, im pretty sure they were referring to a perp. harvest. sog
