(Got Pic) Turning leaves ? any help would be awsome !

Photo0199.jpgMy buddies plant has been bad lately real droopy and leaves were "wavy like" then starting rolling over ? Plants is 10 days old.... Foxfarm 50/50 OF/LW +tbls of dolomite lime 1-23watt 6500k CFL ....no nutes watering every 3days any help in the matter would be great my buddy is freakin out ! lol

my friend has grown foot tall plants with 1/23watt cfl had tight nodes and was healthy forest green so....im sure the lights are not a problem

Regardless of what your friend supposedly did one 23-watt CFL will not produce enough light for a healthy vibrant well producing plant to grow, period, thee end.

The picture was blurry but it looked like there is necrotic spotting on the leaves. Is that correct? Are there necrotic spots on the leaves?

I would be really interested in seeing a picture of a flowering plant with 1 23 watt CFL. I'm pretty sure even if it was taken to maturity, your friend didn't get anything more than popcorn buds because the general rule of thumb with CFL's is 1 gram per watt. Also, as far as your problem goes, a clear picture would be helpful.
